Food is okay. However the plastic packaging they use, Karat, says right on the box that its microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Its not microwace safe at all. The plastic melted after i heated up my food in the microwave for 1min and 30 seconds.These companies are willing to lie to you about so much. Why even bother spending money to eat out when they give unsafe packaging where the plastic leeches into your food. Im not blaming employees at all. I am blaming the owner of this Chilis as well as Karat, the packaging company and will be lodging a complaint with them as well.As for food, the fried cheese bites are great, like mini mozz sticks,but the sauce is so watery and tasteless and makes me think its being cut.The chicken fajitas I was told were bland and you're better off just ordering from El Faro.Texas fried were a joke, they need soft cheese and not the shredded one that hardens after 5 minutes. There were 4 jalapeno slices....needless to say...bland and not worth it.Chicken and waffles were good. Waffles have sweetness and crisp, chickens not bad either.Street corn....well its pretty bland. it doesn't taste like street corn at all. Just unsalted butter.Overall Id say go somewhere else. If you really want something here, sure, but its prolly not gonna be a great experience and you might get plastic in your food. Just....don't trust any of these chain restaurants. They want your money amd thats all. Go treat yourself to something cheap but good. Go eat somewhere where they dont lie to you. Blue Box Cafe and El Faro, Larsas Kitchen....all great places that I love.
40 min wait but there were tables open. Figured they did not have enough staff but person that was supposed to be up-front was doing multiple things and forgot about up front. 2 people left, 1 couple left after waiting to put their name on the list and found out there was a forty minute wait still. We just left after waiting 25 minutes as we figured front service was bad did not want to risk food service. Was here earlier this year and service was bad. Thought we would try it again. Our mistake.
We were seated for 30+ minutes and had to ask for service. No one acknowledged us after being seated. And the couple seated behind us that were leaving said to us that after receiving their meal, the waitress never came back. After we complained, we got great service by the waitress who apologized and said she'd take care of us even though we weren't seated in her section. She was awesome! This is the 2nd time we've come to this Chili's and something like this has happened. Luckily this time, the waitress turned things around but last time our service was very bad. I don't recommend going to this Chili's.
The service was good and the food even better. Met a beautiful girl in the parking lot who had been stood up for a date and needed a jump on her car battery. Wish I had gotten her name.
Service was absolutely terrible. Seemed like a bunch of kids working. We sat at the bar and it took more than 10 min before we even saw a bartender. There was a total of 4 people sitting at the bar,the place was not busy at all,there was no excuse. Food came and it was cold,not warm actually cold. I had the grilled chicken alfred, nobody wants cold pasta. I made bartender aware but didn't make a huge deal since I was taking most of it home anyway. The chicken and waffles were phenomenal though. Maple something, so so good. That came out fresh and hot. Bartender became attentive at the end but with as slow as they were I felt the service should have been better. The manager was around but didn't seem to notice ..Just bad experience,maybe it was just a bad day. We all have em. I'll still go back to give it another try.
20 minute wait at 1:30 for lunch…not even a 1/3 full! We were told that they do not schedule enough workers. I asked if it’s hard to get workers and was told, they just won’t schedule more! The manager was very nice though and was really accommodating and working his tush off.
Been awhile since i been to a Chili's so i had to check on the reviews and this location seems to have many bad reviews with that being said i was iffy on going bit still proceeded to go. Do not regret it one bit everything was amazing got seated fast, food was great and our sever Jess was amazing def will be back.
Went in and the waitresses saw us stand there for approximately 10 minutes. They didnt say a word. Totally ignored us. I decided to leave and not waste my money on poor service.
We were waiting to be seated for 15 minutes. Waiters saw us and didn't say anything, they looked at us and walked away. Horrible customer service.
Staff is friendly and courteous!!! Food is good and fresh. Only thing to improve is reducing waiting time to be seated.Kids also love this place.
