Avery was so sweet and greeted us with a smile. She was very courteous and accommodating. My food was delivered almost as soon as I sat down. She is literally so freaking awesome! Deserves a raise!

First time in the restaurant and was quite happy with how clean it was and the service. Wish the manager that took our order would have informed us that they were out of toys for the kids meal though.Second visit in. Still amazed at the quality of service, cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. Shout out to Luke for his help today.
Our server Joshua was FANTASTIC. We were in the area for a robotics tournament at the college and needed to get a quick bite to eat. Joshua took our order with elite speed and a pleasant demeanor. He is an excellent worker and I would highly recommend this location! The speed with which we received our food was astounding. Thanks Joshua!
First time here.-Food was not good. Didn’t taste as good as other locations. I was here at 1:35pm. One star rating.Second time.-the food was real good and actually faster. I was here at 12:35pm. 5 star ratingThird time will be the split decision. Haha
Many of my friends work here so it is a treat to stop in and say hello, but even if they didn’t work here I’d come back again and again. The customer service is impeccable. The food is always fast and hot. The lemonade is delicious and the sauces are the best in the restaurant business.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Went here for lunch a few months back (I passed by earlier and it reminded me of the BS of that day) and I ordered lunch for my crew. The individual taking the order swiped my card and said I was good to go. I thought it was a little weird when he didn’t give or even ask if I wanted a receipt. Went forward in the line where the cashier was and said that I still needed to pay. The cashier told me that it probably didn’t go through. So I obliged and payed (again). Went through my bank statement later that month to find out that my Chick-fil-A run double charged me. Make sure you always get your receipt from these teenagers that don’t know what they are doing.
Overall, a great experience. I love going to Chick-fil-A because I know that the entire experience from top to bottom will be great.It's set nearby an indoor kids playground, and it also has its own playground, so be aware that if you come during school holidays or during lunch/after school, this place will be crawling to the rafters with kids. Don't be worried though, because there is enough space to accommodate everyone, so you won't feel like the kids are taking over.The food (kids meal with Mac and cheese, a #1, and a #5 Deluxe with extra waffle fries) was excellent. It came out very quickly, and was hot and fresh.The atmosphere was hectic but in a good way, the kind where it's busy, and loud, but everyone is having a really good time and just doing their thing.I only have one grumble about my experience there and that is the cleanliness: it could have used a good cleaning, especially surfaces and floors.I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I'll be back again :)
I remember the quality of Chick-fil-A being significantly higher (taste,look, feel etc.) in the past, as someone who hasn't had it in a while. Maybe it's just this location. Also side note, the chicken tenders made my best friend sick.
Great to have a Chick-fil-A in Elgin! Very clean and friendly restaurant. Oh yeah . . . And the FOOD is not so bad either :-)
