I do not appreciate that I asked for a whopper and there was 3 small patty’s on a large bun and on top of that I asked for my order to be fresh and the only thing that was fresh were the fries
The food and service is way below sub-par. I get short changed almost every time I go there, I even reported the night manager Daniel smoking craack in the drive through window.
terrible customer service.They don't pay attention to the order, at the end I had to go back because they forgot to put my burger in the bag, they are very rude and the ketchup bags were open. They should close this place.
The employee that handled the order was very nice. However, giving 4 starts because the fries were not as crispy as I've had before. Everything else was good. Too bad that due to covid, no dine in allowed.
Their lobby isn't even open for lunch time. And drive thru service sucks as well.
Due to being short staffed they do not have there lobby open, which is ok. But when you have to go thru the drive thru due to them being short staffed they should not have problem with taking more then one order! It is not my fault that you are under staffed. The customer should not have to circle the building as the manager stated to make 2 orders! Good thing MCD was right across the street! The manager there has a bad attitude no wonder they’re short staffed!
I ordered two kid's meals one cheeseburger plain and the other regular cheeseburger. They gave me both kid's meals plain. Not what I ordered. Then I looked at the receipt and they charged me more than what the menu said. I tried to call the number on the receipt, but was the wrong number. I looked up the number online and I still couldn't get a hold of anyone. I don't live in this town was passing by. I'm so upset. Is that how Burger King run's a business. I wonder if this has happened to other people and they don't realize they got charged more.
I asked the manager/ employee that was their to make my chicken extra crispy for the same reason that I didn’t want that soft breading on these hand breaded chicken sandwiches . Pay attention to your customers when the ask for extra crispy or extra anything . Lazy people don’t deserve higher wages work on communication and most of all listen what your customers wants on their food . The picture shows the breading on this chicken sandwich still needs more frying thanks a lot and change your number on your website im pretty sure I’m not the first to complain .
