Went through drive thru this morning as I was waiting for my food I saw the cook making my food without gloves that's just disgusting.
I rarely go to fast food places. The wife found coupons , so we went. Not bad. Friendly staff. Took coupon with no trouble. Food is fast food.
Never again. To long and the burgers tasted sub-par at best
Ask for my food off the broiler. It came luke warm at best. Burger was just nasty. Way too many pickles and jalapeños. Cheese wasn't melted. Fry was cool. I don't want burgerking for a long time.
All burgers kings make the hamburgers the same but the one in Elgin gos the extra mile to make customers happy . My hamburger wasn't flat it was like you see them on commercials. It was a whooper.
The manger is terrible did not give me a receipt with total of meal she has no customer service skills
They are always out of a food item. Kinda sucks. They have decent customer service.
Service is outstanding, drive thru wait time is minimal and zero issues with incorrect/missing items
