Ordered online .Can't believe how fast my food was ready.I am vegetarian,family is not.Corn mashed potatoes were fantastic,broccoli was great .All tasted fresh I haven't had better
Best macaroni and cheese I've ever had, cornbread and chicken were awesome too. Good place to stop by and grab lunch or dinner
It's pretty apparent that every employee in here is miserable and hates working here. The overall atmosphere from the moment you walk in is just miserable. Not sure if everyone was stoned or tired, but zero hustle, zero smiles, I had to remind them multiple times what I ordered just moments before, and the quality of food was pure garbage. Speaking of garbage, the garbage in the dining room was overflowing. GROSS. One other fun fact to consider, I was 1 of only 2 customers in the restaurant and 2 in the drive-thru, so its not like there was a rush. I understand people have bad days, and working in customer service is exhausting, but this was totally unacceptable. This location used to be awesome. Not sure what happened to the staff or who this current owner is, but you may want to talk to your employees about engagement because its very clear, none of them are engaged.
While driving south on Randall Road my wife said doesn't Boston Market have Corn Bread? When driving back home we pulled in and saw they had a drive thru, asking for 2 pieces of Corn Bread, the lady said ordering 6 was a better deal, so we did. My wife being from Tennessee loves Corn Bread. Happy Wife, Happy Life. ?
The garlic chicken had an "odd" taste. The meatloaf was cold. The one near my home closed and we were excited to find one. Very disappointed ?.

This place use to be good. It went downhill fast. Build back better I guess. $36 for 2 people. Half chicken shrunk in size. Shame. Wont be long before they're out of business. Can't get any workers, closed most of the time.
Great service and the food was phenomenal! Glad I chose Boston Market over Popeyes on Randall!
Ordered 2 family meals. 1 rotisserie chicken, 1 turkey, total of 6 cornbread, 3 mashed potatoes and 3 macaroni and cheese. The family turkey we received was quite skimpy. Not as much as the chicken we got. Doesn't even fill up the bottom of bowl.
