We love the Beef Shack! Their fresh cut fries are the BEST and we love the beef, hamburgers, and chicken sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
2 orders in 2 days - fries were burnt to a crisp where there was no potato taste left - asked for au ju on side, didn’t get it and bun was dried up mess - wth is wrong with elgin restaurants? This is second one this week where all you get is garbage!!!!

I had the opportunity to taste beef shack from a friend before even hearing about them, and i vouched to come and check them out then I could. It happen to be a Tuesday and they had hot dogs specials going on I believe $1. I definitely took advantage! I got a few and some cheese fries! Needless to say I’ll be coming here more often ?

Customer service was great! Restaurant was very nice and clean. Cheezy beef on garlic bread was delicious and the fries are the best! Get side of cheese for dipping them. I highly recommend the beef shack to everyone.
I've never been to one of these before, but I tried it the other day, and it was excellent. Fresh cut fries that are amazing, good beef, and reasonable prices. The service was a little slow, but there were a lot of people waiting for food.
I had an issue from the last order which they did a great job the last time, as well as, this time JP and Dylan knocked it out of the park! Totally went above and beyond to be sure that my experience was over the top. I highly recommend the BeefShack Elgin.
