I ended up having to say hello, then they took another 2+ minutes to say I’ll be right with you. Then sat at the order screen with no one even coming back. I spent about 20 mins to the point I drove off. I don’t recommend Wendy’s or at least not this one.
I ordered the southwest salad with no bacon, a large fry and the newer pineapple mango lemonade.The service for the online order was quick as usual and the staff were pretty friendly.Of course the food was good. And that lemonade was perfect.The only thing i would change is to have the sawesome sause brought back. Until then offer customers 3 bbq and 2 honey mustard so they can mix and make their own sauce similar to the one we lost.
pulled into the drive thru an hour and a half before closing and all the drive thru lights were off. the moment i pulled away, lights came back on. i called, they answered the phone and no one spoke, just heard ppl shuffling around and some weird noises as if they were trying to mess with me. this was our last resort but in the future won’t even be considered an option. do better
Ruined by the freestyle soda machine. The Coke here used to be one of the best available anywhere. Now you get watered down puke flavored soda. Ruins the food. Probably done with this place.
The food was fine, exactly what you expect from Wendy's. The issue was that the dining room was in serious need of cleaning and we could hear the employees arguing.
Always good food and service. The manager is one of the nicest and hardest working I have seen.
Long line made me take long lunch. Got food that was less than par. The cashier was a very nice girl and apologized about the line. She's the reason I gave the extra star.
Took 25 minutes for my order which I ordered ahead. No staff wearing masks, or gloves. Dining area was not clean either. Didn't appear short staffed.
I pulled up to the drive through at 8:00, where 4 employees were standing outside doing whatever, seens that it's cold outside like 34f to be exact not the best place for a break. So the kid working drive through says through the intercom were all on break, while hes standing 6 foot from me. Needless to say I didnt get to order anything, just another example of young kids taking the easy way out. lost my business
We don't always come to this Wendy's but when we do the meal is either perfect for one person and not for the other. Inside is not the cleanest, even before covid. Service has always been good. Workers are polite everytime we went.
