This location exceeds expectations in customer service. I asked them to write happy birthday on my girlfriend’s coffee cup and they happily obliged. And then gave her a free breakfast sandwich from an order that was incorrect. I’ve also had them write something on another cup last year around summer time. Thank you so much to the employees for going that extra mile. It really made her day!

I hadn’t taken one drink of it yet, but I noticed it was super light in weight. I get home and open my lid and the cup is literally half full. I go to this starbucks all the time and never have had an issue like this, but I’m not impressed with whoever did this tonight.
I asked for a venti iced shaken espresso and an venti mocha cookie frap. I was told “the cup for the ice espresso looks so empty because it’s in a Trenta cup”
Service was great, coffee tasted burnt and the birthday cake cake-pop tasted like play-doh
Even though they were backed up, we did not wait very long. The person taking our order was friendly.
Absolutely the best customer service. No matter how busy they are. I go there every day & they never fail to make me smile. Keep up the great work! The city of Edwardsville appreciates you all so much.
