Order a steak, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on 5/13.. Your location served me a sandwich with an egg half raw, the cheese missing, and steak on a tiny portion of the sandwich (which was almost $2 extra for the steak anyways)! If you don't want to get sick from eating raw eggs don't go to the Edwardsville location of Panera!Would leave 0 stars but it won't let me..
Had to stand at the register for 13 minutes until the lunch menu could be ordered from. Finally got pizza but it was only lukewarm at best. Had to wait again for a new hotter pizza to be made as they wouldn't heat up the first one. At $16, meal and service should have been better. The $.99 added pecan pastry was delicious but I wouldn't pay the regular $3.00+ price. Bench seats were so worn and sunken that the table came up to my chest. I used to be a regular but no more.
Friday- I placed an order on the app for lunch. I work on 157 in Edwardsville. My food was taken to a different location in Edwardsville as I work for a bank that has more than one location. Yet in the address it says 157. And my food honestly didn't taste good. It was a waste.Saturday- I went into the location to get breakfast. I order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. My sandwich had an egg and cheese on it. No bacon. Honestly I'm very disappointed. I'm never had any problems going to panera bread. I will not use Edwardsville location again. I wish I could give negative 5 stars
Idk what’s going on with this location. But for MONTHS now their hours on the app vs what they have posted outside the store vs when their actually open is 3 different things. Which is annoying. It doesn’t matter what time you come they never open. Just close the location for good..?
Chicken Caesar is insanely over-priced for what you get which is nothing special. Also, I'm not sure if it's fair to knock them for the drive-thru being closed for months, but that is still very annoying.
The cashier was very nice and our food was good. We didn't, however, appreciate the fact that we were told they close at 7 when it was only 6:10. Not a great customer service move.
I went penera bread in edwardsville, il on December 11 and they were Closed at 2 pm. Meanwhile Starbucks had a line around the building. Closing at 2 pm? What’s going on Penera?
This location has been inconvenient lately due to the drive through being closed, but today was the worst service. I waited over an hour for a to-go order of sandwich & soup. During my time waiting, I watched one employee (with her mask pulled down to her chin the whole time) be very rude and dismissive to another customer that asked about his order and then later have a tantrum complete with throwing a glove box at the wall before storing off into the back.
