If I got service like I did today I wouldn't eat at any other restaurant besides this one! This girl from the Edwardsville location named Ryea went above and beyond!!! With them being short staffed today and one of the workers seemed moody and rude we almost walked out but that's when Ryea stepped in. She was very helpful and did so with care and pride in not just her job but for others. I watched for a bit and she acknowledged EVERYONE right away with a smile as she was rushing back and forth to help do multiple things for several people without hesitation, without being told, and did so without having an attitude what so ever. She's the kind of person we'd all love to get each and every time we go out ANYWHERE! These days we all need more smiles and kind helping people like you. So THANK YOU RYEA!!!!!!
Went to the Edwardsville location to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a rather terrible experience. The waitress (young blonde girl) was more than terrible. She was nowhere to be found most of the time. When you did see her she was playing on her phone. Couldn't get refills, my nephew got his meal and root beer float (was all foam and a spoonful of melted ice cream) probably 30 minutes after everyone else got their meals because she forgot and for some reason found funny. Food was good though I guess.
this place is definitely under staffed or just doesn’t have enough people working there or what. the food wasn’t good. looked, and tasted like the food sat out. we could hear the kitchen staff yell and talk about other people from the bar. the bartender disappeared most of the time. didn’t seem like a single adult was there in charge of anyone or anything going on.
Ordered here multiple times. Usually takes 40+ minutes for my food to be done. Then when I finally receive my food, it’s always cold or soggy.
We went at 8pm on a Thursday evening. They were not busy at all. We ordered our food, and when we got our food, it was wrong. I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, with a side salad. And ended getting a crispy chicken salad. With it not being busy, it took around 20 minutes to get our food. When they asked to replace it, the replacement food was out in less than 5 minutes. Our server did not come over and check to see if everything was right. The crispy chicken sandwich I got, was very soggy, due to so much mayo, I couldn't even finish it.We normally enjoy eating here, but after tonight will not be back. Very disappointed.
Our waitress, Sydney, made our dining experience incredible. She was very attentive and very kind. She made sure we had the best time possible. I will continue going here for her and her great service. Much kudos to her.
Sydney went above and beyond for our group tonight! She was absolutely wonderful and made the night so much fun!!! Good and drinks were also amazing!
The table we sat at was covered in ants. Our waitress Abbie moved us but continued to ignore us the rest of the time. She skipped us and barely gave us any attention. She was extremely rude. I waited so long. For the food and when we got it the food was cold. Was going to tell a manger but they didn’t seem to care that they had ants all over the table near the baseball flag thing. I’ll never eat here ever again.
I have order takeout several times from Red Robin and have yet to have a bad meal. My burgers are always tasty and they give a good amount of fries. My family really likes the family meal pack because it is economical and easy. Good food.
Went there to eat on a Friday night. Internet said they clothes at 10pm well gotbinside and was told they close in 30 mins and that at 6:30. Not to mention their parking lot is full of holes. Wont even bother going back.
