Updated Review: Tried this place for the first time since my original review from 2 years ago. I ordered a quesadilla online & picked it up, no problem. I had to go back to get a refund after opening the box. There was hardly any filling, & it was so burnt on one side that it was completely black but also somehow not crispy at all. Not only that, but the small amount of chicken inside was also burnt. Don’t go here unless you want food that is burnt & somehow simultaneously a soggy mess.Original Review from 2 years ago: Used to go to this location fairly often in college & it was fine. The last two times I've gone recently have been awful. Extremely unfriendly staff. The first time I went recently they were completely out of chicken, so I got pork instead. There was so much liquid that the taco shells completely disintegrated & turned into slop. The most recent time, all the chicken was burnt to a crisp & there was a LARGE chunk of avocado skin in my guacamole
The burritos were smaller than usual. The kids meals were supposed to come with queso for the chips. And why would they even need a sign reminding the employees to do thier job? Makes one wonder what else isn't getting cleaned.
Ordered nachos on door dash and got no cheese. Sucks because the food is good. Competence of staff, not so much.
Staff was not chatty, but neither were they rude. They were polite and efficient. Meal was perfect.

quality and service did not meet my expectation
I truly enjoy the food from Qdoba in Edwardsville I just wish the service matched the food. Customer service is essential and this is the 3rd time I've visited in the last month and a half and was met with unhappy unwelcoming service. I understand that it gets busy and that can overwhelm but twice I've been there at low traffic and still just an atmosphere near miserable.
They have option of Cauliflower rice which is great. Many sauces are flavorless and bland flavor was a turn off for me.
Good service, decent food, and affordable prices.
