Simply delicious! this was my first time trying Penn station and I was absolutely amazed how good their food is and let me say definitely going back! Great staff!
I do deliveries here; it takes me 10-15 minutes after i accept the order to arrive alot of times. They NEVER have the order ready, sometimes not even started... even when theres only a few people here or none at all. Slackers!! Need employees with some enthusiasm.
Take out is fast and easy when you call it in ahead. Food was hot and ready when I arrived at the pickup time.
Ordered a hot sandwich they over cooked it not much meat on it and it was a dagwood u wood think it would be loaded people were not very helpful im done use to be good not anymore
Come to penn station quite a bit…. Today was not a good experience. I’m not sure if the girl who waited on me was new or what.Ordered a (Turkey Bacon Ranch). Asked for No ranch & to make it “East Coast Style”. Asked if it could be toasted. She wouldn’t do that since TBR is listed as a cold sub.. I get it… so I asked for a Dagwood. Essentially the same order previously (Turkey & Bacon east coast style) I pay, get my receipt. There is no “add bacon” I bring this to her attention and even was willing to pay extra for bacon to be added. She says “she forgot to ring that up when I ordered and that she will add it.” I apologized for making my order initially complicated… Mind you in the meantime she says nothing to the other woman making my sandwich. Sandwich finally comes, I see her putting everything on except there’s no bacon. I bring this to her attention AGAIN and get a mumbled response.Whatever…at this point her mind is made up and I am clearly not getting the bacon that I asked for 3 separate times…Last but not least, she couldn’t wrap my sandwich properly. Used several pieces of tape and threw it into the bag.Side Note: It was just myself and one other customer in there…. I don’t know how this became so difficult.
Quality has gone down. Severely understaffed and workers aren’t prioritizing sanitation. So many better spots in Edwardsville
While the door says “no mask no service” this business continues to allow customers to walk around the establishment without their masks on. The main man in the back did not even have a mask on. It’s disgusting that almost 2 years into this pandemic people still refuse to take masking seriously.
Went there for lunch and not busy at all. Took forever to get a turkey sub. They didn't have the turkey sliced. I won't be back. Service is way too slow.
Second time in a row they’ve messed up the order.
Amazing subs and fries. Everything is cooked to order so it's always fresh.
