There’s an overweight blonde girl who works near the counter (looks like Rebel Wilson if Rebel Wilson was a trashy teen mom who couldn’t lose the baby weight) She shuffles around with no intention of getting your order quickly, then gets it wrong and is rude to you and belittles you. She is not appealing in personality or work ethic, put her in the back where customers don’t have to deal with her. Just make sure to double check fry count at the end of shift because she is unable to count. I do think it’s cool that you guys give jobs to people with cognitive disabilities though.
Got a sweet tea and a plain double cheeseburger.Somehow that was messed up. Kind of impressed .
Food was decent the workers are getting better with their customer service mh order was correct but my fries were cold
We order food for 3 people and drove a long way to get it. And came back home to find out only 2 people got there food. So one had to go with out called them and was told we would get a voucher and never received that either.
I ordered a double cheeseburger with mac sauce only. When I went through the line I was given a double cheeseburger with ketchup only. I called, I was very understanding and polite. I told whomever answered the phone about my order. I went back and they remade my order. So for my extra .40 cents, I got a teaspoon of mac sauce. This is why I usually just ask for my money back when my order is wrong. Some days you can't get a win.
I have a severe food allergy to onions. Ordered a Big Mac bundle ordered one minus onions, minus, pickles, minus sauce and one minus onions.Got home one had no lettuce, double pickles on every side of the buns, the other no pickles, extra sauce, extra onions. How does either of these match close to what I ordered. Try to call them and no answer.How hard is it to get an order right even when it's on the screen.
Tired of not getting complete orders. I understand you may be short staffed, but so isn’t everyone else and this place seems to get it wrong more then anyone else.
Here at the Edwardsville store the fries were cold and old the 1/2 meat was not made cooked to order like it should be it was old and gross. Only thing good was my tea.
