This is the first and last time we will order a cheese pizza kids meal! We placed an online order for pickup, initially for mac n cheese but it was "unavailable". We arrived a little early and waited for my daughter's order to be made. At home, she opened the container with her "cheese pizza" and said "Mommy I don't want to eat this, it looks disgusting!" Pretty certain this is another menu item that should've been listed as "unavailable" online, because WTH is this?!?!? A hoagie roll with mystery sauce and “mozzarella” cheese?!?!?
When they get it right, McAlister's is really good. But they get it wrong so, so often. If you hit the drive through, make sure to check your order before you go, because there's a 90% chance something will be missing (like the avocado on the BLT-avocado, or one or more sides, or the cookie that's supposed to come with a kids' meal). So frustrating.
Food was free so 5 stars for that... the manager works his a$$ off, the others not so much, they're either crippled or clueless. Need another crew with some enthusiasm because the manager shouldnt have to work like this guy was, he should have a team of go getters.
Food is still good here. But I pulled up with no one in front of me and it still took 20 minutes to get my food. They waited for 4 cars to order and kept moving us forward. They didn't bring my food out until all 4 orders were ready because they were too lazy to bring the food orders out one at a time as they became ready. 20 min for an $18 salad and sandwich seems ridiculous to me. They didn't even say thank you, just pushed the food in the car window and walked away.
Excellent salad but no forks or napkins given otherwise it would be 5 stars
Pickup was a bit longer than predicted on the app, but they made the modifications we asked for and the food was well made. Overall a good experience
Served this to-go cup of soup for dine-in after I paid for a bowl of soup. Not sure I got what I paid for. Sure disappeared quickly and I'm still hungry. Going to have to go somewhere else for more food.
Wonderful food savory and delishious! One of my favorite places to eat especially there French dips so so delicious ? ?

Absolutely love everything I get here. The McAlisters club, potato salad and mac n cheese are so good. The cheddar broccoli soup is also well worth it!
