charged me for food that was NOT delivered!! i left instructions to leave food at my door. because i wasnt available to answer the friggin door when the guy came with my food he left with it. later on we were harassed with a car at our house honking the horn. was it a coincidence? dont know. BUT I WANT THAT FOOD CHARGE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP. NEVER AGAIN! is it a personal agenda?? i believe so…..
wasnt all that impressive food is a little pricey. entrance could use some more room felt cramped.friendly environment all together
Pretty disappointing for the money. After tax, the wings were $1.50 each and they were not well done as ordered. They were small, greasy and fatty. The beers were each $1 more than stated on the menu at the table. There was an extra charge for credit cards. (None of this is mentioned anywhere that we saw.) The pizza, though we also requested it well done with light sauce, was slathered in sweet sauce and not crispy. SO not worth the money. Server was fine, beer was cold and the restaurant was clean, but these prices just don't match the food quality at all.
Amazing Food. Wish they weren't sold outta Shrooms. Also the pizza crust was a little soggy from the sauce. It was delicious though.

This is the best Joe's location. Excellent sauce to cheese ratio. The crust is ok, could be crisper but for Collinsville, it's one of the best pizzas you will find. This location has a nice dining area and the service was excellent.
I feel Joe's use to be good. The past few times I've been here the food hasn't been so good. Then the service has really went down hill. I walked in here with my 3 kids about a week ago and was told to sit where I liked. We sat down and after about 10 minutes another couple came and sat in the both behind ours. And as soon as they sat down a waitress came straight over to them and started greeting them and taking their order. Super weird since I've been sitting here a little over 10 minutes and no one has came and seen my table yet. So I figure she's going to come to us next and wait till she gets them taken care of but nope. As soon as she's done with them she takes off and vanishes. About another 5 or 6 minutes goes by and finally another server comes over and says (hey ,I've been in the back.what can I get ya?) Like , really. No apology for the wait and someone else being served before us after already being here 10 minutes before them?. No hi!? No introduction or anyrhing. Just what can I get ya. Ok,whatever. Order our food. I get some Italian beef roll. It comes and it's dry as h#!!. Barely any beef. 85 percent bread. No pepperoncinis. And the bottom is rock hard. What happened to quality food with quality service. What happened to taking care of your customers. What happened to friendliness. It feels like you're a number and just pushing people through. Especially since there was only 3 tables in the whole place including mine. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon
Slow service, I ordered a small pizza at 11:18 and didn't get it for 40 min, took over my entire lunch hour just waiting. I was the only customer in the building when I ordered and it took that long to cook a small pizza. No matter how good the food is the service will keep me from ever going back
First time customer.. ordered chicken parm sub and garden salad. Garden salad cost $8.00 for lettuce, 1 cherry tomato and 1 slice of cucumber and croutons. Salad dressing tasted very good but definitely not worth $! Sub was just ok.. as mentioned in many reviews the sauce was very sweet definitely should be changed. The pizza looked good but knowing what the sauce tastes like wouldn't be worth trying. Inside was clean and staff were nice. If the food is good we don't mind paying the money. Just not worth going a second time unfortunately.
I ordered online and arrived to pick up my pizza. Everything looked great and I was then hit with the speech about a 3% upcharge on orders when using a debit/credit card. If you are not aware, the prices have recently increased and that’s understandable, but now I am also expected to pay an additional amount for not using cash. I can and will go to Dewey’s for a higher quality pizza moving forward. Please don’t ask me to pay your additional fees and upcharges. I will NOT return for this principled reason. The pizza was very good but unfortunately I will not purchase from you again, even if I had the cash in my wallet.
