Second time there. Both times ordered spicy Italian. First time missing salami and capicola also no oregano. This time no peppers. My husband's sandwich was so sloppily put together with globs in pile and all over the wrapping. How come the one in Alton is always right? Alton gives you the sandwich with all the correct ingredientsI just got off the phone .with "the manager". He told me 3xs it wasn't his store no one had been there for an hour. Was nasty so I asked his name he said, I don't have to give you my name. Then told me I was being nasty and he was waiting for a ticket number. I told him it was in the truck and what us your name sur? His response again I'm not giving you my name. I said I'm calling corporate thanks and hung up. His attitude was awful and to call your customers Liars is reprehensible. Will never go there again.
I ordered for delivery and an hour later it still isn’t out for delivery. I called to make sure they didn’t forget about it and they said that there is only one delivery driver. But it’s supposed to be “freaky fast”
They are always quick and fresh veggies and the roast beef sandwiches are the bomb keep up the good work
It was so awful! I was passing through town and needed a quick option that wasn't greasy. I ordered online because it's much easier with kids, rather than everyone trying to switch it up mid order at the drive thru. We get to the drive thru about 5 minutes later and they say they're still trying to complete the order and come back in 20 to 25 minutes? So, I waited, unfortunately... 25 minutes later, I go back though the drive thru and it's still not ready. Prior to this point I'd never been to a JJ that I couldn't order, drive around the corner and then my order ready, 'Freaky Fast', that's their slogan. They tell me to go ahead and come to the window, where we sit for an additional 15 minutes. I finally get my order from who I believe was the manager and we were missing food in addition to the order being wrong. I was already on the highway headed to the next town by the time I realized this.I wouldn't waste your time, they're not like the others.
Friendly staff but sandwich wasn't the best
Sandwiches are always messy or missing ingredients and they can’t follow delivery instructions. Used to be better, I’m not sure what changed. Also, they’re very slow. Usually takes 45 minutes to an hour for a one sandwich order.
I have been a long time customer at this location since I work down the street and don’t like fast food. I’d say myself and others at work order here about 3 times a week. Ever since management changed last year service has gone down hill. I’d say 2/3 of every order I place is missing half of the items. When called they say the will bring and never do. Once or twice wouldn’t be an issue. But missing out on items I pay for is wasting my money. I was told months ago by management they would be more diligent. But have yet to see changes.

Waited 40 minutes for my food, never came . I then called to speak with someone was on hold for 20 minutes worst customer service!!
Used the app to order ahead. Arrived ten minutes later. Ten minutes after arriving the food was finally ready. Possibly an app issue, but this is the only location I’ve experienced this.
