My first time for Jersey Mike's, I had heard about "The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak" and got one. This is literally the best cheesesteak hoagie I've ever had. Good to the last bite, and doesn't need steak sauce like every other cheesesteak I've had. In Western PA where I am originally from, they have great cheesesteak hoagies and this is close to how they make them, minus the jalapenos. But the flavor the Kahuna far surpasses any other one that I've had.
Buyer beware if you order delivery via the Jersey Mikes app. They will use Door Dash drivers and if your order doesn’t make it, you will be told to contact Door Dash for refund. Which is impossible when you don’t have a Door Dash account and there’s no record of your order. You will end up with no food and no refund. I used to be a loyal customer, but I will never return.
I have visited this location multiple time they have amazing staff, and are quick to make your food. All of the online ordering is through 3 party apps such as doordash, uber eats, and grubhub. When making purchases through the app make sure you have an account through one of the third party apps, otherwise there is no way to have a receipt for your purchase if something were to happen once your order leaves. All in all its an amazing sub shop with quality food and service!
Went to Jersey Mikes 03/30/22 for the special donation they are making towards Special Olympics, The Staff was extremely friendly and the manager Greg went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while waiting for my sandwich which was delicious. He shared the story of why the donations were being made and it moved me to donate more. I can't wait to return.
Sandwich was very good and ready even before the estimated pick-up time. Staff was very friendly to me when I came in to pick-up my food. Overall, great experience.
Absolutely awful service. As stated in other reviews, the layout is super weird. When I tried to order they told me to go to the other side, okay no problem. I get there and a short girl (I actually think she was the manager) says “Yeah it says that on the sign RIGHT THERE.” Like I’m supposed to know the layout of the place (It’s actually pretty hidden). She was then rude to me when I tried to order chips (Which apparently you can only do at the other side), and then she got my order wrong. Then when my dad (Who is half deaf and didn’t hear our interaction) tries to pay at the wrong area, the other employees laughed at him. I get that it can be annoying when people ask the same thing, but you can’t be rude to customers who have never been there before and don’t know the made up rules. So, I will definitely never come here again. Not to mention it was $25 for two combos. I like Jersey Mikes but they need to hire some new people.
4th time at this location since it opened, staff is friendly. Food is delicious. I see a lot of complaining about how they take the order, there’s a sign if you can read. It’s super simple, order and wait. I’ve gone in 3 times to order, uses the app today now that the menu is expanded and it worked flawlessly. No complaints here, can’t please everyone.
Ordered dinner tonight for curbside. Never came out with it after waiting 10 or so minutes. Sent my brother in finally to see if they had it and it was just sitting on the counter. We ordered hot sandwiches which were cold. Disappointed in the service.
I was so excited to get a local Jersey Mike's. I've eaten in and ordered online. Both experiences were great.
They will make it a Mike’s special unless you say otherwise when you order. Some costumers were asked what they wanted on their subs and others were not.
