Service is pretty quick even when the two drive thru lines are 20 cars deep! The employees here try hard and I appreciate them making dinner to the best of their abilities.Food can be greasy at times, but I understand I'm ordering a burger and fries so can't complain too much about it being a little rough in the stomach occasionally.
I would have given them 5 stars based on tge food was delicious. But, there was a wrapper of some sort in-between the layers of burger in my patty melt. I thought it was onion at first. I would not chew up.Upon removal from my mouth I saw it was either wax paper or plastic wrap of some sort about the same size of the burger.Otherwise tge food and service were great.Just be careful people. Someone could have choked to death on that.
The food overall was good and made correctly (2 chicken tender meals and a burger meal) but we asked for a total of 6 ranch cups and only received 2 of them, and and for ketchup for every meal and received none, and the burger was falling and sliding apart and one of the sodas was not nearly full
Dirty tabletops, floor and male workers not wearing hair nets to cover shoulder length hair and braids. No paper towels in ladies restroom, unsweetened ice tea container empty. Six customers total at five on a Sunday. Three female workers, two males. Trash container overflowing...no room for our trash. Unappetizing environment and mediocre food.
Freddy's is our favorite smashburger drive-thru. The California double steakburger is so good. Fries are skinny and always hot. The bun is worth eating on this burger too instead of lettuce wrapped.
This restaurant has really gone down hill. It was filthy and I had to go ask someone to wipe down a table for us to sit at. No need desire to come back!
Food is good, but customer service skills are terrible at least through drive through they are. The woman taking my order had a terrible attitude kept asking me to scoot up she couldn’t hear me but there was a car in front of me, she shouldn’t have been trying to take my order anyways since I wasn’t close to the speaker box. Really put me in a bad mood, there’s no reason to be hateful!
Edges of burger were burnt to a crisp. “Chicago style” hot dog is nothing like a Chicago dog. It was barely warm when we ate it and we went straight home, ~5 min, after going through the drive thru. Ice cream was pretty good but not something I would go back for as there are better ice cream places around. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Tried twice, unfortunately this is a pass for us.
The food is a great experience. The burgers taste sooo delisious. The beer battered onion rings are a great addition.
The food is awful my veggie burger was dry and burnt I asked for only onions and pickles instead got lettuce and tomato which I didn’t ask for won’t be back regretting ever going here in the first place
