All the other 5 guys we have been too load your bag with fries. Not this one. They give you very little fries for $7.39. Very expensive and skimp big time. Other 5 guys locations are much better and give you plenty for your money. Avoid this one.

We went for a quick lunch and it was fantastic. I had the veggie sandwich and it was delicious. My husband had the big cheeseburger and our granddaughter had the cheese dog. They both said it was terrific as well. We shared a regular fry and it was plenty. But most of all, the service was above and beyond. The guy at the register cheerfully explained the menu options and sizes of fries. We were thanked by another employee as we left. Finally, the place was immaculate, including restrooms. We'll be back!

Normally 5 Guys is really good, visit to this location was not really the norm and thus has changed my current opinion. This is a newer store, so I expected it to be closely aligned to the corporate standards. Food was overly greasy and not near the quality I am used to. I don't mind paying 12 bucks for a burger but It needs to be a higher quality. The lowest tier burgers from Red Robin (Tavern burgers) are much higher quality at about 8 bucks. I know COVID has had an impact on getting experienced, higher quality people and the cost of food has jumped, but this should have been better. It might be a while before I go back, especially since I can pick up Red Robin (TO-GO) just across the street for a few less dollars

Person taking order was very delightful and helpful. However it took what seemed like a long amount of time to get my order. I noticed thay burger was complete and ready however it took another 3-5 minutes for them to put fries in the bag. There were 2-3 people standing around the fry area but it's like they didn't know how many orders of fries to make.

It was alright. Boyfriend got cajun style fries and I tried them for the first time and there was so much seasoning on them it was inedible. After pulling out one fry, our whole table was covered in seasoning.

Had the BEST burger in my life here. I know that sounds dramatic, but I’m not kidding! Wasn’t dry, ingredients were all fresh. It had the best taste to it, seriously. The staff was very nice as well. An overall great experience. Definitely going here again. Worth the money.

I've heard lots of hype a out this being the greatest burger place ever, but that's all it is, hype. The staff were nicer and more friendly than you would find at any McDonald's but when you get right down to it, it is the quality of the food that brings you back, and to me, it's just another burger. A bland slab of meat with the condiments having to carry the job of taste. The French fries were plentiful but not something I would necessarily order again. You can taste the potato skin on them. Overall, kind of let down.

It was good. Little pricey, but I'm for sure gonna rest there again. Also, a small fry has a ton of fries. Just so you're aware in case you wanna split them with someone or something.

I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. Burgers were mediocre at best, and the fries absolutely sucked. It was also ridiculously expensive for what it is. If that were not enough, they have the gall to ask for a tip! A tip for what, exactly?? It is counter service...

Typical Five Guys if you've been to one before, but they seem to be short staffed. Went about 45 minutes after they opened and all the available tables were already dirty so took my order to go as it seemed like everyone who was there was in the kitchen trying to keep up with the orders. Also for those who aren't familiar with Five Guys, yes, their prices are higher and you're not going to get a burger, fries and a drink for $5 like you can at other fast food places. Their quality and ingredients are better so it's worth the price.
