Accidentally missed their call saying their drivers were busy and that my pizza was gonna come a bit later. Called back to say I can come pick it up. The guy on the phone said “well I left that voicemail 30 minutes ago so it doesn’t matter anyway he will be going there soon” I then replied “Im sorry about that” and he didn’t say anything and just hung up. Have had multiple issues with them in the past as well.
The pizza was beautiful and delicious. Made exactly how I ordered.
Just tried to place a large order for a party on Sunday and the guy was really unprofessional and rude. They just lost an order for 15 pizzas
Although their website says carside delivery, they have no drive through and told me they would not even bring the pizza down the concrete steps to me in the future. I am handicapped and this was clearly false advertisement. Will never patronize this place again.
Not good at all. The pizza was half cooked and not cut all the way. We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and there was no steak on it.
Great pizza, but they must be short-staffed as delivery is not currently an option.
workers are very rude and have poor customer service. Since when is it okay to hang up on customers? This is not the first time. Corporate will be hearing from me. This is ridiculous, and something needs to be done ASAP. Management is horrible!
It seems the pizza is getting worse it’s never fully cut I paid for extra cheese and as you can tell didn’t get it they did return my money this isn’t first the time
I'm Muslim so I tried veggie pizza and I liked that Pizza ???Taste and food quality was extreme good.
Anymore every time I order from there it's always late it's cold they're too busy too small of a store to handle the customers very dissatisfied customer will not order again used to be a loyal customer
