Great place for a quick bite to eat always fast fresh and delicious
We always go to Culvers in the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area. Food is fresh and hot. Most always the order is correct.
Everything was OK. I purchased a single and should have been a double. The single was a bit bland. Zero flavor.
Love Culver’s. Great food and of course appreciation for the veteran/military community. Best cheese curds around
Tasted fine but the burgers were definitely smaller than the pictures.
I waited 50 minutes for a curbside order that I never received. No one checked on me and no one offered to even comp my meal. I had to call the store to get a refund.

Took my Son for lunch. My burger came out luke warm and looked like a mess how it was assembled. Patties were not even hot enough to make the cheese melt. Usually very good and one of our go to places. A little more QC from a manager would be helpful. Even at a fast food....Presentation is everything!!!!
I love Culvers food but if you are handed a wrong order don't expect them to fix it. Expect to pay them the difference for what was wrong with the order as an upcharge. Customer service is riddled with passive aggressiveness as if you were the one that ordered wrong
This location used to have the friendliest staff but lately they haven't been so friendly
