I have a cake scheduled for pick up at noon today and no one is at the store even though they were supposed to open at noon.
Perfect and best icecream cake in town. I just went their choose a readymade cake and ask them to help out for a message on cake. They agree and did for me. Wow! Inpress! Less staff but helping and good. Keep it up !
If I could give 1/4 star I would I called asking about an ice cream cake for 45 minutes I sat in line made it clear what I was asking for get to the order box and they proceed to tell me I can't order the ice cream cake in the drive thru . I said I didn't and that it clearly says order it and pickup in drive thru. I leave my vehicle in line and go in to get cake they said we would have to make one. Well what did I order then. Get your act together Cold Stone
If you want quick service use the drive-thru, the kinda ignore the ppl inside until they want to serve you but they always work on the drive thru

Best ice cream and they let 17 very hot bikers and 1 overheated biker come in to eat ice cream and cool down. It was a hotter than expected day today. Staff was great. service was quick and great.
