The chips where stale. We found hair in our taco and bowl. This is the 2nd time we have been and both times the food quality has been poor.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a steak bowl. The options here are very limited. You can't even get onions for some weird reason. Never heard that before. So I sat down after receiving my food and proceeded to try and eat it. There was literally more fat than actual steak. The little bit of steak that was actually in the bowl had absolutely no flavor to it like they didn't even season it with salt and pepper when cooking it. The guacamole wasn't even that. They literally gave me 4 chunks of avocado that wasnt mashed up. There was no flavor to anything. With how much fat there was in this bowl i immediately starting getting sick at the table. I felt bad for the people around me. A little fat here or there is expected with steak. But this was all fat with a hint of steak here and there. Compared to Qdoba the servings are half the size and was DOUBLE the price. It cost me 21 dollars for a steak bowl and a drink. insane! Especially since the food was inedible and made me sick. I CAN NOT ever recommend to anyone to ever come here. Stay very far away or you'll spend 20 something dollars for only (food not fit for my dog) for yourself only to get sick. Complete waste of time and money.

Consistently inconsistent.I've lived in many places throughout the US and this place is, by far, one of the least consistent Chipotle's I've ever had. What's worse is that we had been waiting for it for such a LONG TIME.The chips are consistently the worst. Chances are, they're either stale or overcooked. Too salty or no salt at all..I've never said this before, but if you're debating on Chipotle or Qdoba in Edwardsville - choose Qdoba...

They close at 10, i came at 9:53. I start to walk in manager is locking the door, unlocks it to tell me they’re closed in an arrogant manor. I understand if it was 9:59 and I know they wanna leave but they should be open till 10 not 9:53. Tables and floor always dirty, chairs scattered all over. Trash is overflowing. First time there I sat down and ate with my mom and grandma and asked a worker if he could clean off a table, had to ask him 3 times before he could clean it. Staff can be friendly but seems like it’s forced. While place is dirty, employees all standing around, hands in their pocket. Food is good but service is absolutely terrible. I usually never write reviews and don’t like talking bad about places but have a lot to complain about at this location. Doesn’t surprise me for the reviews this place has. Location needs new management bad…

I went here about 5 days ago. The service was ok. It was not good or bad. The issue is the food. Does Chipotle no longer take pride in what they are serving their customers? The food has no real taste to it. I had always been able to taste the lime, cilantro, and other individual herbs, but not anymore. Bland. Bland. Bland. The only thing with flavor is the meat and that leaves something to be desired. Come on Chipotle. Get it together!

When they first opened, Chipotle here in Edwardsville was great, the last two times, has been not so good, I ordered on the app and went to pick it up, I waited at the window over 10min, watching her put together orders, all the while our food was setting there, it was ice cold when we got home, and I thought it would be better to go inside and order, that just concluded our business with chipotle, even my husband mentioned how dirty it looked, and the employees were not very pleasant. I really don't like putting out reviews like this, I hope they clean up their act.

Got m o s t of my food right. Told the gentleman to put salsa on my burrito bowl and proceeded to put Pico de Gallo instead of Salsa. Not super happy but it wasn't worth it going back in and having them fix it. I'll just eat my wrong food like a champ and head to Qdoba next time

Food was good. Building is not finished.

The food tasted fine, but was comically small. How can you justify charging this much for a burrito that fits in the palm of my hand? I’m only 5’7 and I make this burrito look infantile in my hands. Quesadilla was also very tiny, but I do not have a picture to attach for that. Food tasted great but can’t justify paying for these tiny portions.

Hate to say it but I had a horrendous experience here. I ordered online and went through the window to get my food. As I did, one man walked past the window, looked at me, but ignored me. He did not seem busy, but rather more like he just didn't want to deal with me. Then a second man came by with two trashcans, one in each hand, saw me, set the cans down, then came over and handed me my food. I was so disgusted by the fact that he touched my food without washing his hands first that I threw my food away uneaten when I got home. I'm sure he didn't realize how gross that was, and also I feel like maybe he was being forced to do 2 people's jobs thanks to the first guy not helping, but still I think it needs to be said that maybe some reminders of hygienic processes need to be followed no matter what.
