Stopped in later in the evening for takeout dinner. Obviously things were winding down for the night. I ordered chicken tenders to go. Was surprised they didn't have honey mustard to dip in but not the end of the world. Chicken tenders were decent sized but the breading was dry. Given that they came out super fast I suspect they were in a warmer somewhere. Had potential to be amazing but it missed the mark.
My waiter, Clayton, was awesome! He held it together with being the only staff waiting on customers. Good job!
Tried the fried chicken for takeout - it was amazing, as was the slaw and fried mushrooms. Our order was messed up - it was half ours and half someone else's, but to be fair, they were really busy at 7pm on a Saturday. We will be back! Great stuff!
Came in during the dinner rush, so it took a moment for my food to come out, but it was 100% worth the wait! Burger was flavorful and juicy, and my sides were piping hot. Nothing tasted like it had just come out of the freezer, unlike other restaurants.Highly recommend stopping by
Loaded fries and the #3 Combo. I like how they drizzled the cheese sauce and ranch over the fries. The chicken continues to be really good. Pretty good fried mushrooms with a nice ranch.
IF YOU WANT PASTA FOR THIS PRICE JUST GO TO BELLA MILANO ACROSS THE STREET. Got chicken fettuccine, rubbery chicken, whole dish was awfully dry, not great taste, but was edible. Added salt and red sauce from home to make pink sauce to moisten it. Good bread sticks. Maybe it’s my fault for not getting chicken, but I remembered so pasta from last year and wanted to try again since I loved it so much and it just missed the mark.
What a cool place! Loved everything! We had 3 adults and 4 kiddos under 10 the staff was welcoming and helpful! Everything was delicious. The best burger we have had in ages. The juiciest chicken tenders! Mac & Cheese was on point. What a great value too. The kids lost it when we the staff said each kid gets to pick out a Hot wheel to take home! We will definitely be making this a regular spot for our family! Welcome to Edwardsville Chappy’s!!!
The fried chicken was delicious. We had young children with us and they were very accommodating. Will definitely go back.
I finally remembered to try So' Pasta! I've been hearing about the amazing chicken for a while, so I tried that first, and it met the hype, it's almost as good as my mom's was! The mashed potatoes and gravy were the real deal too. To top it off, it's truly a great price and value for the money and it was already ready by the time I drove across town to pick it up. Friendly service too!
We tried So’Pasta for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the food. We ordered carry out and we were quoted a 20 minute wait. To our surprise we got a text saying the food was ready in about 12 minutes, which was awesome because we were close by. My wife ordered So’Bianco and loved it! We also ordered the Chianti Braised Beef Ravioli which featured a shredded beef and the sauce was incredible. We will absolutely be back! 10/10
