Horrible dry chicken on our salad…we picked it up and when we broke it it almost made a popping sound. We asked for fresh fried chicken when we ordered and it did not happen….they tried to make it up to us when we called and offered free salads and a dessert. The replacement t salads were excellent! I will give them another try and I hope they will provide a better representation of the salads then too.
Tired of Burgers, we went to Arby's. Place was very clean. Staff super friendly. The reuben was perfect. The chicken sandwich great! Excellent alternative to burgers
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU JUDGE THIS STORE...Ordered my fav, beef and cheddar. Very disappointed...sandwich was cold and so was the cheese. It was a big,cold glob on the edge of the meat, not even centered. Had to warm it up on my dashboard with the defrost on and after a couple of bites realized it wasnt worth it. The time was about 12:44pm. Couldnt go back because of an appt. This is the ONLY time I've ever been disappointed by Arby's. I realize it was a one off, so I'll probably will try it again, just not within this time frame.
So, where to start with this Arby's.I have never been disappointed with anything I have ever ordered from here, the food is always hot when we order and they get our drinks right. (As someone who is diabetic that is important). They always remember to ask if we need arby sauce and it never leaves us asking where is the sauce.The only thing I can say that's not great is a couple of times we've ordered extra fries and the workers sometimes forget. (But we have not been charged)
Always have great service and great food. Long live Meat Mountain....
Last few times I've been there, the food was cold, even after I asked them to make it hot. The cooks there know nothing about foodborne Illness or the right temps, let alone took a servsafe course. If they can't make the food hot especially chicken, then maybe the food industry isn't for them.
We just left Arbys in Edwardsville. The guy at the drive through window was amazing! He even made an effort to look at my husbands name on his debit card so he could call him by name. I didn’t catch his name on his name tag but he had a spider web tattoo on his left elbow. You totally caught us off guard and made our day better! Thank you for that! Keep it!
