Got ice cream tonight. 2 of the 3 concretes were the wrong flavor, 1 concrete was left out and one of the cups were cracked and leaked all over. You need to do better at the Edwardsville location

The custard is great and the employees have always been friendly. I would recommend getting their flavor of the week. Also, because they are so busy I always go at off peak times and have no wait. The only thing I wish they would have more flavors....
