Food was as good as expected, the cleanliness of their operation was not. As they were working, food would fall to the ground and they would just step in it and keep working. When I asked a gal about it, her response was, "My shift just started."
Food was good, I mean it's White Castle, you know what you're getting. I ordered online which was great. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited 15 minutes to get to the window. Very very slow service. Not sure how long my food had been sitting there. Fries were cold and soggy but the rest was still ok.
White Castle thinks so little of us they don’t even bother posting accurate business hours. The WHITECASTLE WEBSITE doesn’t even think it’s worth their time to tell us when they are actually open. Thank you for wasting my time. I drove 17 minutes to find the restaurant closed. Now every other option I had anywhere close by is also closed and I’m in town visiting so I just don’t get to eat tonight. Thanks again I just can’t say how much I appreciate being treated like dirt.
Arrived at white castle at Friday 8 PM. Dine-in closed, tried drive through. Sign on speaker stated closed for evening. Website stated dine-in, carry-out and closes at 1 AM. Had out of town guests who absolutely had to go to White Castle -- SO SAD! If there was a negative rating, this White Castle would have gotten it.
A classic staple restaurant for value meals. Walking up with only two dollars would yield a cost-effective solution to your hunger.I personally enjoy the classic Slider, a mouthwatering cascade of juicy, rich flavor.While the caloric content of such a diminutive burger stretching so far, though, one quickly runs into the problem of portioning.The food here is not healthy, or good for you in any sense but spiritual. It is excellent for feeding hedonistic desires for full, rich, no-holds-barred flavor, at the cost of being terrible for your body (unless under the strictest of moderation).That being said, the restaurant chain itself fails to pretend to be healthy food, and deliver what they offer with gusto instead.My main issue lies in the corporate practices of the company. Offering such low wages to the employees yields wildly inconsistent results with the food and service. Paying more attention to hiring and quality control would happily earn this location another star. Alas, corporate American values inherently undermine the product being sold.You get what you pay for, but what they don't tell you is that you are paying for the company to pay morally low wages of which the cost is subsidized to our own tax revenue. Caveat emptor.
Ridiculously bad drive-through service. The restaurant is nearly deserted on a Sunday night, so why is it impossible for anyone to take a drive-through order without forcing the customer to wait several minutes?
We come to this particular WC every now and again. Have always used the drive-thru. Never an issue with orders. We know what we are getting and for the few special requests, they always come through.
Very disgusted at the service I received today. The employees including the manager have no customer service skills and should choose a different industry to work in. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and someone told me to hold on. After 3 minutes of waiting, I started calling out, “hello” numerous times. No one answered. I continued to call out “Hello! Is anyone there?!” There was no response. After 10 minutes of waiting, 2 cars then pulled behind me, so I pulled up. There was one car in front of me which then left after 1 minute of me being there. I pulled up to the window and told the lady there I did not place my order because no one came to the speaker. She then told me I would have to wait until they serviced the cars behind me and then they would be able to service me. I explained that I kept calling for someone and no one answered. I asked for the manager. She then told me the same thing that I would have to wait until they gave the other cars behind me their food first. This is utterly ridiculous. If no one answers over the speaker, please tell me how long is someone supposed to wait at the speaker board until they finally drive up to see what is going on? The fact that they couldn’t even accommodate me after waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes with no response is very poor customer service. The district manager and corporate office definitely need to know about this as they are representing the establishment in an awful way. They need more training at this location and I definitely won’t be going back!
I don't eat white castle's often but this location has gone down hill. I don't know how you can make 30 cheese burgers with no onions dry as hell and extra salty, A month ago it was great, now not so much.
Website says closes at 2am. I placed an order at 2250ish. Get cancelation order at 2310 stating the restaurant is closed.Please correct the hours of operation so that others don't make the same mistake and have to wait up to 3 days for a refund.Thank you
