Very clean and quality food. The lady on the counter, Grace, was super nice.
The morning shift seems to have an issue taking orders, multiple times I've pulled in and no one is in front or behind me, yet there's no response at the drive thru window. I get that you might not want to take my order or even be busy, but communicate that to your customers. Don't let us sit there like fools wondering if you're actually open or not.If and when you can get them to take your order the food is always great and the employees are pretty friendly... Just wish you'd be more excited to greet customers instead of playing the silent game and hoping they pull out of line.
We come here a lot, as my picky 3 yr old loves their nuggets and if she'll actually eat something, I'll humor her (plus the apples instead of fries is a selling point). Everyone working here is very friendly, but they literally never have the order 100% right. I've learned to check the bag before leaving!
Wendy's has the best chili and makes thir taco salad perfect. We live it. I also tried the strawberry salad. It was great!
By far the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Tables and floors were sticky, bathroom disgusting. Food cold, asked for fresh and was given cold food again.
I was happy with the store till I opened my order to find that I was short a spoon. I called the store to speak with the manager, and ,twice, the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I couldn't even complain online.
Great service but forgot all our sauce for the party pack :(
Consistent, quality food. I go here just about once per day. It's the only place around that has HI-C orange. Sometimes the line is slow, but most of the time it's the fastest of any fast food place I've been to.
Ordered 10 piece nugget meal, didn't even get my nuggets. What a joke. Didn't realize til I got back to work too. You had literally one job.
Typically good service. The food was hot and fresh! The customer service here was excellent.
