Good food! The al pastor was to die for! Don't have a picture of the tacos just the elota which is also fabulous!
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the last 2 Sundays I have been trying to go, they were always closed an hour before what they said and when I called the next day to go eat, before i've eaten there, which I didn't because the women acted like I was an idiot and it didn't matter after wasting gas to go over there in this economy and my time. Food is good and I hope this doesn't become an issue. Close when you are saying you are gonna close.
Extremely good Mexican food. Their al pastor is among the best I've had. They include bits of pineapple in the pork mixture, so you get different flavors and bursts of pineapple. Wonderful. Have also had their chorizo, which was a lot heartier than other chorizo meats I have tried. It was more filling, and had a fresher taste. Will of course be going back!
Great Mexican good in Downers Grove!! We’ve done carry out from them several times and the food is consistently good. Everything is fresh and they seem to use high quality ingredients. I live their burritos and the guacamole is really good.
Delicious! Don't let them website photos fool you, their portions are generous! We underestimated the sizes and ordered way more than necessary but on the bright side got to enjoy a variety of menu items. Highly recommend the nachos, the queso is bomb.

the Al Pastor Torta is to DIE FOR!! It's amazing! I can't eat anything with spice, capsaicin. It will put me in the hospital. But this is just delicious! The combination of the avocado, tomato, sauce pork & pineapple is fantastic! We are now ordering on Fridays for our entire office! Everyone loves it.
Got the big taco meal deal, so much food and all of it excellent from the tacos, beans to the chips and salsa. They are correct in saying it's fresh delicious and authentic. Outpost absolutely smokes other nearby big fancy Mexican restaurants in Downers Very nice people. Al pastor is the best for miles and miles

Ordered the Ceviche to go. Was told it's $2 Taco Tuesday so of course I ordered 2 tacos as well. Good job upselling. The Chicken was a bit dry, but the Al Pastor was delish. Ceviche was small, but the best I've had in quite awhile. Chips held up & were seasoned well with salt. I'll be back again for sure as also want to try their Cactus dishes.
