This location never wants to run their night shift. They lie to customers about being under staffed. There are 5 crew members in the kitchen. I came thru at 1135pm. They never greeted the speaker, despite still being open for business. I was part of 4 cars lined up in drive thru. When they finally came to the window, FIVE people stood there telling me they are short handed. 20 years of Taco management and I ran closing shift with myself plus 2. There is no excuse for this laziness! Taco Bell corporate and franchisees should feel shame at the quality and state of the brand.
I ordered a 3 crispy taco supreme.... and all of the tacos had different amounts of stuff. One was packed with lettuce.... one was barely anything in it and no lettuce on one side, and the last one was like all sour cream.I don't normally go to this taco bell, but maybe I'll start going to the one off of Cass instead again.
I would give zero stars if possible. Have had an issue every time at this location. Ordered online to pick up in the drive through.. pull up to the “open” restaurant and an employee had their car pulled forward to block the drive through entrance. Classic for this location. They need serious evaluation from corporate!
Google really needs a zero star review setting. Taco Bell? More like Toxic Bell. Honestly, going there last night and them being out of menu items (nachos and chalupas) should've been a red flag. Getting my food (I ordered the #3) home and having it be ice cold should've been another red flag, but I was starving at that point so I ate it anyway. Now I'm sick in the bathroom from their dysentery laced burrito. DO NOT EAT HERE!
this is the nearest location from my house but i never go here because they are always closed,understaffed,short staffed and they took half my order multiple times and then i pull up and they tell me to come around the very long line i understand they are very short staffed but what was the point of upgrading the whole building & redoing it if your workers are understaffed, overworked & clearly underpaid. This location is always closed due to short staffing. Literally a waste of my time. Go to darien instead of wasting gas to go here.
Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme and they gave me beef. Never coming back to any taco bell. Called to complain and they never picked up the phone.
Absolutely shocked this Taco Bell has anything less and 5-star reviews. Staff members are super nice and they make fat tacos. I have been back to this Taco Bell one too many times I’m the limited time I’ve been in town. Gourmet chefs back in that kitchen. Super friendly staff. Manager should be proud.
Probably the worst taco bell in dupage county. If they get everything right it's a fluke. Something will always get messed up (Wrong order, improper cooking etc.) I go here a few times a year to test things out and usually by the second time it becomes obvious that the service is subpar compared to other TBs. This has been going on for years! Maybe i'm just sick of being hopeful. The management seriously needs to get there act together.
Apparently these close at 8pm on a Saturday. Wheat through the drive through at about 530pm and they forgot to put part of the order in the bag after taking it back 2 times through the drive thru window. And upon getting the food finally we pulled in front to check it and was missing 3 of the hard shell tacos. Went to go inside to get it fixed and the doors were locked the employee claimed they were closed at 530 pm on a Saturday and then had the audacity to say everything was in there when it wasn’t. One of the employees started acting up, like he was gonna start a fight over being asked to correct the order
If i could give this store zero stars i would.Don't bother pre-ordering it'll take over an hour to get the food. Also don't bother getting anything extra on your tacos because they will either leave it off completely or give you less than normal. Ordered 3 of the new chicken taco boxes and only 2 of them actually had all the tacos and such in them. Missing multiple tacos on the order but was told I was wrong by the person, idk if it was a manager or what but pretty disrespectful. Only 1 worker tonight seemed to actually care about getting the order right. Also the chicken taco isn't worth it. They only give you one little peice of fried chicken on it. Never going to this one again. I'd rather take the drive to another one. Waited an hour if not more for my food. They even had to ask me for the order again with my mobile receipt because they took so long making it and would rather talk than work. Honestly this store is a dumpster fire.
