Why? I live 3 houses away from my Steak n Shake. I want them to be good, I need them to be good! But time and time again, raw hamburger is not acceptable. COOK THE MEAT, and maybe u won't go bankrupt. Raw hamburger is not cool, why do you serve it to me?
Mushroom burger and the Frisco melt are the best thing on the menu. pair that with a snickers shake and you're all good for the day
Service was great food was good and it was hot. Will visit again it's just a little far for me.
I waited 20Minutes for my food. I noticed there were 3 girls in the restaurant vaping, the cashier named Sasha was very disrespectful I will not be coming back here again .
What a change from the old days of actual plates and waiters. The front end is all automatic, no cash. It is All touch screen kiosk. The food was semi warm and like high school cafeteria food. Honestly it was such an extreme difference from their haydays. The chili was thick and paste like. Fries were luckwarm and dried. The interior was stark and cold and dirty. If this place lasts it will be a shock. Sad end to an old favorite.
Dine in was closed. The employees made errors on my kids meals. I love steak and shake but i hope they open a restaurant near me.We drove out to find it was take out only
Man, they ruined the atmosphere of this restaurant.So impersonal, tables were filthy.Pay off a kiosk.......this will be my last visit to a SnS.
It was kinda weird ordering with the machine, we saw 2 employees the whole time. I guess it's not what it used to be. Everything came out in disposable plates and cups. Food was good but not the same dining experience as before
Burgers and fries are fantastic and reasonably priced. Service is good. I would go back.
My order was messed up and cold. The drink was too full and the residual on the lid wasted on me as I took it from the person in the window. She had an explanation for why the cop was too full but no napkins ready.??♀️
