The worse customer service ,many times i said to my self not to stop here anymore,but now definetly is last time.The workers are rude,rasist and very unprofessional acting with customers
My friend was refused service here because she is medically unable to wear a mask. Her rights as an American with A Disability were violated. This is shameful behavior on the part of this Starbucks location. This is AMERICA!!!
On March 2nd, 2022, while getting my usuals - espresso and a pastry I got the espresso only. Most of the time I get tea as well, if they have it in stock. That day they didn’t have my tea in stock and neither my usual pastry. I settled for the banana loaf. Unfortunately, the drive through person made me feel unwelcome for continuously waiting for the pastry I ordered and he flat out told me what am I waiting for?!He stumbled around until he finally located the pastry and oh, boy, what a disappointment it was. Stale, cold, rough, not warmed as requested half edge of a pastry but half the size of what a normal loaf would be like. I understand that the size is out of their control, but it was probably a display old pastry - gross. They didn’t follow instructions to warm it either.When I called Customer Service to inquire if it would be possible to get my stars back. The guy from Customer Service refused to help me. I would have rather use my stars on a different pastry - not old and hard. After that unpleasant experience, I decided Starbucks will not get my $20 a day anymore. I had been a member of Starbucks since 2006 but the Customer Service person made me decide to part ways with Starbucks. They have been mooching thousands and thousands from me every year. Starbucks is way overpriced and Customer Service sucks. I have no time to deal with non sense. My time is more valuable then some overpriced coffee and pastries.I will buy my coffee from Dunkin Donut’s and McDonalds. It is cheaper too.
I don't think they deserve the name "Barista", I'd say a fast food worker my "Barista" was unprofessional, rude, and didn't smile.Nice way to start the morning thanks Starbucks!Also as bonus they got my coffee wrong..
Horrible customer service . Long wait times and a manager that doesn’t care how his employees treat customers . Out of touch with reality . Don’t waste your time here unless you want your order messes up as consistently as they do. I have been to the location 5 times and they have got my order correct once.
Starbucks on Geneva Rd. in Wheaton is where I go to get my favorite drink, their white chocolate mocha. The entire team are all fantastic! I'm a regular and they all know me.I'm there most mornings and if I happen to miss a day or two, when I pull up and place my order, I hear ' hey Becky, we missed you yesterday!' ? They are the best!!?
I feel like this is kind of a secret location that nobody ever knows is there. TBH I love this location and if I'm being 100% honest I go to this starbucks drive through before my therapist appointment. They also were the first location to have the flavor 'rasberry' back again for my centi white chocolate mocha w 4 pumps of rasberry and an extra shot. I went without rasberry for what seemed like an eternal amount of time (Maybe a year?) but now they have it back. Bless them. I'm addicted.
I was there today and a lady was refused service because she wasn't wearing a mask. She explained she had a disability and was still denied service. I go here almost every day and will be making my coffee from home from this point on. At some point you need to stop supporting businesses that don't care about their customers. Absolutely shameful.
