I was having the worst week ever and they say a small act of kindness goes a long way. From the moment I pulled in the drive thru the pleasant friendly tone welcomed me it's like his smile was was shining through that voice. I had to acknowledge and let him know how wonderful his customer service was this morning. The lady at the window was wonderful also. I definitely had to take the time to do this review because you never know what a person might be facing but when you go over amd beyond to execute great customer service it's very much appreciated so thank you guys for being so kind. ? I truly appreciate the few wonderful people out here in the world.
Made a last minute decision to grab a coffee this morning. Bad decision. I was there, waiting for one drink for 20+ minutes, while mobile order after mobile order was filled while I waited. The staff was absolutely working really hard, but whatever system is in place for order fulfillment sucks. Ridiculous.
Place and people are nice but my soy latte is poorly prepared. Really bad coffee
I’ve been here three times in the past 2 days and their customer service was great!! Casey especially at the window is excellent, he deserves a raise! Had us laughing. overall great experience here, coming from out of state.

Extremely slow service and inconsistent drinks. Employees are rude and unhelpful and overall this location ruins the Starbucks image. I cannot believe you have to wait 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee. Absolutely unbelievable.
Kind of snooty.....look if I'm dishing out $9-$10 each visit I don't want attitude ? & Yes I need a straw & napkin when I'm driving
got the manager just to make me put a mask on when i’m 6 feet away from everyone in that store and i’m vaccinated. caused all that trouble for what? people are in there drinking and studying with no mask on what’s the difference?
this was the worst experience , i will never be returning back. An bigger employee was so rude. She slid my drink and it almost slipped on the floor Rudest employee i’ve ever encountered! Really disappointed. Definitely lost me from ever coming back again!
Over $5.00 for a cup of coffee is ridiculous and if I didn't have a gift card I wouldn't have gone.
