Ordered Grande Iced Green Tea with no water added and no sugar, the woman taking the order mentioned the sugar is already in it and no water will be added. Priced came out at $ 5 something, I was perplexed but paid anyway. When I finally got my order, she put in the order of Iced Matcha Latte instead of Iced Green Tea. Good thing the employee doing the drinks made me what I originally wanted with no extra charge. No apologies nothing! Everybody seem to be in a bad mood.

Maybe not the best how is located,but the staff is am,working fast with good attitude. I have a place by my house 3 cars in line taking 30 min to serve, here they doing fenomenal job. They all should get a bonus. Good employees should be apreciate. Jill you the best.
Lady who takes orders must hate her job. Ridiculously rude. She was super rude taking me order And then when I got up to the window the same lady who took my order was talking to another employee complaining about how people order their coffees
Purple haired lady was very rude, I assume she was having a bad day. They messed up the drink and refused to let us keep the messed up one, like most places would. I’ve worked in food long enough to know it was nothing stopping her from giving us the drink, and you assume as she messed up(it was the barista who made the drink incorrectly that also refused to give it back, the cashier was going to) she would be happy to let us have the drink.
Always a good cup of coffee! I had also forgotten to grind my coffee when shopping at Costco, so they accommodated a grind of Starbuck's dark roast. Very helpful!
It’s your average Starbucks. However, I found the staff to be very nice and patient. I often need a minute before ordering and they’re always open to waiting a sec.#ProTips The drive through is a little tight. And if you walk into the store and the drive through line gets long, you’ll be stuck when trying to back out…so try parking in the left most spot.
Never tried Starbucks ever first time in their drive-through ever in my life and the woman is so rude and more rude than any other place that I’ve ever been to thank you for the worst experience ever
My favorite Starbucks ever. Special shout outs to Becca and Jill. They are the most friendly put a smile on your face people ever. They notice when I've been out of town for work, they always ask about what's going on, they genuinely care and that's really special for a chain coffee place. Sometimes you get super cute stickers on your lid too! Order is always 100% accurate and never missing items which is way more than I can say for other locations. I wish I could give more stars because I really genuinely love this location, and love the staff even more.
Best Starbucks in the area! They are fast and friendly. Especially Becca - she is always so sweet and has amazing customer service. Also, drinks are always made exactly how they should be!
