10000% the best customer service. We love to go here but the last time we went there were just a couple things that didn't make us the happiest. The way that the manager resolved it was not like anything I have ever experienced before. So happy and pleased. Just the way they handled it makes us want to come back.

All you can eat shrimp is great for thr price. House Punch was really good and refreshing. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. One of our better experiences at Red Lobster

We came once again here because this is a chain of restaurants we always liked and as ever, we got the cheese breads upon arrival plus the drinks but had to wait for quite a long time to have our orders taken, just before mid day when the restaurant was rather empty - as we left there was the usual queue of people waiting. 1. The food was great and ordered the 'linguini feast' plus steak with scallops wrapped in bacon 2. When the food arrived, the server called Fontino or something like that (was also the same guy who served me last time and proceeded to say something funny in the kitchen about me as I could hear his mates 'superior to us' laughing at the paying customer) said the scallops order 'did not go through' rather than be honest and say: sorry, I am not that bright and I forgot your order 3. Could not finish the meal and took the rest home - again a long wait to pay the bill Top stars because of the food, I would give it 0 because of our waiter - clearly not an asset to the establishment.
