Efficient and friendly service. Cleanest Panera Bread location I've been to in awhile which struck me as odd- really stood out compared to most other Panera's I've gone to. Food was packed well too, and they didn't forget my pickle unlike some Panera's.
Fast friendly service. I love the older gentleman that hands out to go orders. He's always pleasant abs kind.
Hated it every time I was forced to go by white people, you can get better sourdough anywhere and better bagels even at Dunkin' Donuts.
Less than stellar experience. They were out of thing like silverware (I kept breaking the flimsy plastic spoon in the bread bowl), they were out of condiments like butter, served the soup which was at room temperature.But nobody was any apologetic, and shamelessly charging full price that was supposed to be for an immaculate product and service.Didn't expect this poor state of affairs from panera.
Just picked up my order. They put two pieces of bread with a group order ..plz check ur order when ur picking it up..they can make mistakes ..we are all humans
I was going here once a week for coffee and tea for the past year. The past 2 months the service have turned me off to going to this one ever again. Twice in 2 months they haven't had lattes. And then the last time I went my coffee was wrong and tasted like maybe the milk was not good and they didn't have my tea even though I ordered through the app and it said it was available.
Great chicken sandwiches, kettle chips are my favorite. The staff is always friendly new place to eat.
This particular Panera has a worker who screams the names of customers whose orders are complete and ready to pick up. This is unnecessary and very annoying if you are trying to have a normal conversation with a friend or business associate.
Went in, ordered shortly before 6:00 p.m. was told we would get our food in a to-go bag but could eat inside. While sitting at a table waiting to get our food, was approached by a worker telling us that the dinning room closes at 6:00, indicating we would not be able to eat in the dinning room. We went out to the car and proceeded to watch 6 people enter, order, and sit down to eat their food!VERY annoyed and sorry I didn’t go back in and just sit down and eat our food at a table!
Love Panera, hot coffee on tap, eager to please staff. Wonderful menu, clean eating
