The restaurant sits in the lobby of the hotel so individuals in swimsuits and casual wear are walking around. I sat for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged even though there was only 1 other person int he bar. The waitress was playing on her phone and the bartender was talking with the 1 customer. I had to ask for the Happy Hour Menu instead of the full menu, they did not have my preferred alcohol or wines, they were way over priced for Happy Hour and the amount food served, they marked that we were a party of 5 (we were 2 people) and guessing to they could add an 18% service charge to the bill which for 2 sliders with a few fries, a mini flatbread, small calamari, 1 slice of cake, 2 coffees and 3 drinks was over $100.00. Next time we will just go across to Cooper Hawk's for Friday Happy Hour.

It was good food! It was quiet and the ambiance was great! They even brought out a lit candle with cake and an extra dessert!

The server bartender was awesome. Food was great. We will be back

Quality of food and service is fantastic!!! Alan, our server, was very friendly, very helpful and accommodating and very attentive. He was there to make us happy and he did. Seth, the general manager, is a very positive energy and is very excited about continuing to see the restaurant grow and succeed.

Food and service was excellent. Location not so much. Located in hotel lobby check-in area made it very noisy with lots of children running around. After check-in time the noise settled down for a while. I would recommend late night dinners if you want peace and quiet. But food, drinks and service are worth it.

I never knew this place was even here. Was told about music on Wednesday and gave it a try. The food is truly amazing. The brick fired pizza was exactly how I had it in Italy. The appetizers just as delicious. The waitress Lindsey (I believe) was perfect. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. AAA+++

Excellent!!!!

The menu is a bit limited but My server was amazing and went out of his way to help! The food was good but a piece of my chicken was not completely cooked. And in all honesty I feel the price is a little high.... plus the gratuity 18% is already added to your bill which i feel is bogus...I tipped my server additional because he deserved it but the people I was with didn't and both commented on they didn't because it was already included or they would have tipped 20 to 25%.

I have been to other restaurants of Viviani and I had an expectation of a similar quality. This did not taste fresh or good. I ordered a cocktail and it was way too sweet like cheap lemonade - not balanced at all. There were very few vegetarian options so I ordered the only option available and it was not good.

Diner beware. We were so excited to try what we thought would be an authentic Italian restaurant near us. There were only a few tables occupied and everyone had to ask for their checks and it took forever to get served. Meal didn't include bread, soup, salad or anything. Food was cold and mediocre at best. Then the ultimate disappointment was the hefty service charge added to our bill. We were 2 adults and 2 children. I could understand if we were a large group but our experience didn't even call for a tip let alone a mandatory service fee. Extremely disappointed. Kids meals were $12 for tiny plates nd their drinks were an additional $4 each. Will not be going back.
