Stopped off for lunch by myself. I sat at the bar and had buffalo shrimp and a Caesar salad. Everything was fast, hot, and delicious.Oh, and the bartenderess was a beautiful professional who handled the entire bar herself with ease.
Had the greatest time with the friendliest and most attentive group of ladies. Thanks to my Hooters beauties my baby girl so totally appreciated your sweet gestures! “Empowered women empower women.” You guys made her feel so special. ❤️
Went for my husband's birthday. I'm not a wing lover, so I got a chicken caesar salad that was ok. Everyone else ordered wings or boneless wings and they were extremely happy with them. I must say the curly fries were so good! I've had Hooters as take out and forgot how much better the food is when you dine in.
Delicious food as always. However, I wanted to make a special shoutout to our server Ashley. She was extremely kind, quick with any requests and you could tell that customer service was her top priority. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and our section was completely full, however we barely noticed as our drinks continued to be filled and food came out very timely. 10/10 service- we will definitely be back and will be requesting Ashley as our server moving forward.
Best Hooters I've been to. I tend to eat at each one anytime I see one.The buffalo shrimp was yummy! Fried pickles yummy!!Drinks were good. Our waitress was lovely!Definitely coming back to this location!
Excellent location! Had to make reservations (That felt weird) but the service was excellent. The food was perfectly prepared & came very fast. I will definitely be returning to this location.
Seriously the worst Hooters ever. I don't know why we keep trying to go here. We've literally been turned away countless times now. The website and phone number bother say walk ins welcome and then we get there, with barely anyone there mind you, and they tell us we can't have a table because we don't have reservations. I ask on the phone why they don't advertise their true policies and they told.me, "I don't know what you want me to do?" Absolutely ridiculous.
The manger was such an a hole on the phone. He said the GM told him not take reservations for more than 8 people. I suggested I can just make an additional reservation for two separate groups totally the 11. He said they’d cancel on me if they saw that…. Great motto. Take less people, make less money.
Ok....Went here today to take my brother out for his 40th Birthday.We were greeted by a very hostile " Can I help you" from Tim. I told him we have a reservation for 7:00. (We were 10 minutes early)He went and sat us right next to a large group. Where there were 3 other table down in a row and we sat down at the seat 2 seats down from the original table for the time being. Tim comes around the corner yelling and hollering, being belligerent and rude about were we sat and said no you have to go right back to that table. I told him we only sat there because of the big party right next to us and with COVID. He than continues with the attitude at which point I ask his name and said that I would report him. He said go ahead I don't care this is my last day. I then told him I hope he likes where ever he is going to do next better than this. He than tells us to leave, So we sat down and said for what? we didn't do anything. He then said fine you can sit there but I am not going to serve you. We then sat there for 30 minutes while he literally told all of the servers to ignore our table and they did. We called in to the front asked for a manager. Up comes Justin who looked like he was high as a kite and looked like the cook not the manager very dirty shirt and uniform. Even dirtier than Tim's wrinkled shirt and greasy slicked back pony tail. He blindly backs up Tim's unprofessional behavior and refuses us service,This is by far the worst Hooters or restaurant experience ever. I have been coming here for 20 years and I can guarantee this company will never get any of my money again. To say the least we went to buffalo wild wings and had a great time. I am sure they appreciated out over 100 dollar tab and 20 percent tip. I don't know what was worse here. The poor leadership / management in Tim? The smoked op assistant manager blindly following this rogue boss or the girls that just ignored our table following the direction of the crooked apparently angry little man? The dirty wrinkled uniforms worm my Tim and Justin or Tim wearing his really dirty mask around his Chin, not his dirty greasy mouth. This is a very unprofessional and dirty establishment. I would re-consider. NEVER AGAIN!
Picked up 20 boneless Medium, 10 Hot traditional, fries and tater tots. Fries were undercooked, hot had hardly any sauce and didn't seem like there was any spiciness to them at all. Boneless sauce was all butter with no flavor. The only remotely edible thing was the tater tots. I don't know what happened to the good Hooters, but this sure wasn't it. Wasted $60 and now we have to figure out what to eat.
