Went for lunch today. Chopped salad was not very good. Velveeta cheese was cubed and all over the salad - not very tasty. French onion soup was the worst I have ever had! Blue cheese dressing was watered down. Corned beef sandwich was poor. Very disappointed. Server was busy but very nice. The problem was not the staff-it was the food! What happened to this place. Was always A+
I was happy with food and staff. When I got the bill it was $27 for breakfast by myself. Pancakes coffee and juice.. short stack blueberry. Glass of orange juice was $5.25. When I mentioned to the gentleman as I was leaving I felt the place was overpriced and needed a loan for this meal..he told me to go down the street to the bank. Not only was it rude it was Sunday and banks aren't open... lmao.I used to love this place growing up but I won't be going back due to the high prices and rude owner. I should have known better since the place was pretty empty for Sunday morning...Omega blows!
Seriously, why give bad reviews for an establishment being “under-staffed”?! Alot of small businesses took a huge hit during the pandemic and CANNOT find workers still!What about complimenting their servers for being on their feet 8 or 10 or 12 hours a day and trying their hardest to deliver your food on time and with a smile?!But back to what I came for, to leave a positive review and tell you that the cream of chicken and rice soup I had today was to die for.I am repulsed by the amount of bad reviews due to you perhaps being understaffed and I understand it may be hard to find workers since the pandemic hit. Give them a break!
I was there on Thursday. The food was disappointing and the service was even worse. I left a tip reflecting my dissatisfaction and the waitress took it upon herself to add an extra $10 to my card. Theft is illegal. Do not trust this company, do not spend your money here.
Don't think I've ever had a bad Skirt Steak diner there. All though, last time we ordered we didn't get any dinner rolls. But over all it was a good dinner.
This place is really coming back. Food was great but they're still a little understaffed. No big deal unless you're in a huge hurry. Get the coffee spill in water spilled and everything was pretty good other than the service being a little slow. They do try though and overall recommend to give it a go
Awesome place for breakfast, Tina is an wonderful server. Never had a bad meal here.
Seriously the portion was so big it was a turn off.We ordered 2 of the same open faced sandwiches with corned beef and turkey and cheese.The cheese was melted as ordered but soo much we had to remove the cheese to eat it.We shared one sandwich and left the other one.This restaurant was good years ago but not now. Won't return.
The Mexican skillet was delicious! My breakfast date had the chopped steak with blue cheese and broccoli and the steak was huge, juicy, and smelled so good. The broccoli was fresh and steamed crisp! The service was awesome. The restaurant was clean. Refills were offered and dirty dishes removed promptly. Wonderful experience. Especially for a first thing in the morning! LOL!
I used to love coming here..Great service even tho under staffed...But food was sub par.... disappointed..
