"When you're at Olive Garden, you're family" (but of course you can't stay an unlimited time and you have to pay for food ☺️).Kidding aside... Good food, atmosphere and service.
Food was fine but we were here for 3 hours on a Monday night. Service was unbelievably slow due ONLY to our waitress. Food came out very fast but she disappeared multiple times for so long that we had to go up and ask for her at the host stand. We waited 20 minutes for her to bring extra forks for our shared dessert. When she finally turned around from the table next to us to give our credit card receipt she ran off before we could tell her that we were missing a charge slip for $65 of the split bill. Again the manager and hostess couldn’t find her - we went to walk out and had to essentially BEG to pay.
When you book or go this place, make sure you ask for Rachael to serve you. She is such a fantastic hostess, even though the food was excellent, Rachael made it so much of fun, we cannot forget her! We ordered one entree as my wife and I have a small appetite. Rachael served us our soup in two separate bowls and also our main course. It was a fantastic experience.
Going on a weekend the wait could be from 30 to 1 hrs. wait. The portion are a little smaller but enough for me and my companion. He enjoy the soup (zuppa toscana soup) and salad (we shared the salad). The bread sticks was okay just wasn't very warm, seems as they may have been sitting out for a while.. His drink (Dr.pepper) was okay. He also enjoyed the strawberry cream cake, for myself the cheese cake was fineLet not forget the waitress she was professional and polite. . All in all we will visit this location again
5/1/22 went in to no host/ess. There was at least 2 employees that walked by and didn't bother to help or at say I'll/we'll be right with you. So it started in a bad note but once seated my waitress, Rachel, was amazing. She was patient, kind, funny and very helpful. Food was good nothing special. I'm really only giving this a 4 star rating for my waitress.
The food was great! My first time at this location so if you go, ask for Melissa! Hands down the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. She is amazing and i sure hope they know what a great person they have working for them. Will definitely be back!!
Olive Garden is consistent. You know what you're getting and that's unlimited salad and breadsticks that are worth the trip. Kudos to the staff for solid service everytime we visit. We didn't take advantage of it this time, but they do have a nice deal on a take and go meal for $6 when you buy an entree for dine in. My son insisted on posting this photo of the rich Chocolate Lasagna dessert
The waitress on Friday night was very rude she would get annoyed if we asked for anything and I felt uncomfortable to ask for more breadsticks because of it.She would roll her eyes and give attitude. She also would interrupt rudely when she would come from behind and say anyways role her eyes and giggle and say what you guys need instead of talking kindly. She also messed up our receipt and we had to grt that refunded and redone and then that receipt charged us for games and none of us played games. At that point I was too annoyed because she would give us attitude for everything so I left it alone. On top of that I'm sick still from the food stomach poisoning! Wish I could give this server and place a 0!
I went to dinner with my daughter and granddaughter. We had a great time. Lexie the server was amazing! She took our order, brought drinks and breadsticks and we had refills before we could ask for them. Will be going back and will definitely ask for her.
Great Restaurant with Great Food in all Really enjoyable I'm a little skeptical about one waitress named Maggie I believe her name is, she doesn't seem very interested in serving some customers more than others. But all in all good Service.
