Very clean restaurant. Nice happy folks seems like they like their jobs. Happy to eat food here!
This McDonald's has great service and is pretty fast. They're also pretty reliable with getting your order right. So if you're looking for a quick bite, this is a good place to go.
What a lovely experience and pleasantly surprising. Took my 87 yo father to eat in at this McDonalds and used their digital order board and it was delivered to our table. So convenient and employees were super nice.No play place which made for a calm, relaxing atmosphere.Only complaint were the lack of cleanliness of the drink dispensers. Could see tons of fingerprints as I approached machine and then dispenser itself sprayed sofa towards back of machine as it was filling cups.
This is the best McDonalds for breakfast. The staff is friendly and quick and the food is always hot and cooked as it should be.

This is one of the best McDonald's you will ever go to. Employees are friendly, food is always fresh and quick, and ambiance is very pleasant. Latha is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she always takes care of the regulars. And believe me they have regulars... if you come before noon you will find plenty of the same old geezers to sit with if you're wanting some free entertainment. You won't last 5 minutes without hearing about how cheap gas was when they started driving. It's always fun to dive into their conversations and get a free history lesson. Is it me or does every McDonalds have a group of old men who go every day because they have nothing better to do? I can't wait to be at that age. I use the kiosks and order through the mcapp. They have a promotion on the app where if you buy any meal you get a free kids meal. So on special occasions I take my girlfriend out for a nice dinner and I'll buy myself a value meal and get her a kids meal. Talk about a win win.
In multiple experiences we have had incorrect orders. At this point, I assume I’ll get the incorrect items when I order from here. I’d suggest that you double check your drive thru order before you leave every time.
Service wasn’t good, stood there for awhile before anyone took my order. But I was the only person in the lobby. Everyone just looked at me. Go somewhere else people
Restaurant is very clean, the employees took all safety precautions including wearing masks a very pleasant atmosphere to dine in
We usually go to McDonald's every morning and get our usual of a breakfast sandwich with three hash browns because my 5 yr old loves it around this early morning or being up by 5am to take the husband to work. Today we go get our sandwich and we paid for 3 hash browns but only received 1 hash brown... ? Like an order like shouldn't be hard to remember and especially when I use my McDonald's app. And no receipt was given either. Upset because my little one is. Downers grove location 5:10am
