Nasty KFC bowl chicken was hard and chewy. this place doesn’t offer fresh fast food. Beware!!!
This place has a horrible app. Support only in certain areas. Plus they don’t answer their phone. People have complained about this place for years. Rude staff, not opening on time and out of product. Shut this failure down. Popeyes her I come
Keep away! Place is totally disorganized. No dine in or carry out. Placed order on my phone in parking lot. App said order was ready. Went in…nothing. Said would be at least another 12-15 minutes. I get the whole “labor issues” but get your technology to work so people aren’t standing around unnecessarily.
Doesn't allow anyone to go inside and order. Don't go here even for Drive-thru so they go out of business. If I could, i'd rate them with no stars.
The kfc i try too call them the guy answer the phone i ask could come in too eat he said no i told him thay said last year next year there going too hire people and let people eat in side i think the guy that told me that lied too me i ask him if they dont hire sone one he next year thay will let people eat in side next year even thay dont hire some one thats this year i think it was a lie the guy that answer the phone tonight said he would ask the mannger that i could order in side i think he never ask him that he put me on hold i hang up. beceasuse he never come back too the phone then i. called back the phone was off the huck for a. long time they dont dwser a star
I think this KFC is trying to go out of business.The staff takes about 10-20+ minutes to service a car, just to mention that none of their food is ever available… ever…. Seriously ever… (unless you only like popcorn chicken)…. But seriously, this location closes up hours before posted close times… and they can’t have more than 1 employee running the show…. It’s managed to fail.. I’ve never seen anything this bad…. And it’s a CONSTANT…. Any and every time I go it’s a mess
Wow! This place is HORRIBLE! The Manager EDGAR is extremely RUDE! I couldn’t understand his English and asked to speak to another employee and he refused. The other employees were almost as rude and unhelpful as Edgar, since Edgar has very poor management skills. I can’t believe how disrespected I was by EDGAR and I left without ordering anything. I’m not surprised at reading the other bad reviews for this location due to Edgars poor customer service. As long as EDGAR is the manager at this location you lost my business and I’m sure you’ll keep losing business all thanks to EDGAR!
The chicken is Hu hum. Some like it. But the new fries are horrible not as bad as the biscuit though. I miss the wedges. Enough about the food this kfc location has a long John silvers menu! Love that I actually prefer ljs and it's locations are few and far between
If I could zero stars I would. I waited for what felt like forever to get HORRIBLE food. I’m not sure if the bread is supposed to be this hard for the chicken sandwich. The best way to describe it was BRICK TOAST I’m still unsure if it was fresh because I can’t imagine fresh bread being that hard even after toasting. I literally scraped the roof of my mouth. I also asked for honey bbq wings there was a drop of honey bbq sauce on each one & not even enough to cover the wings I guess I’m supposed to toss them myself. The French fries were cold but overcook , how … I don’t even know. I can see this place going out of business soon and that’s really unfortunate. I really liked KFC’s other locations this place is bad enough to bring down the whole franchise.
Their web menu shows items not available at the store. Disappointing but the exceptionally rude person in takeout led me to cancel the order entirely and leave. I went to a competing chicken place intending to ignore KFC going forward. Why go someplace where they clearly don’t want my business anyway?
