Ordered delivery at 7:30pm I live 1 minute away, actually 2 blocks away. They didn’t show up with my food. I waited 50minutes to call. They didn’t call me back to say they couldn’t make it or would refund me. They didn’t tell me how long it would take. Horrible experience. I would’ve been understanding if they said that it might take awhile, or they’re not accepting orders.
Times are tough seems like many of the Jimmy John's are at this time out of Turkey it's been a few days now so I ordered a Tuna instead. Service as usual was fast and friendly.
Yesterday as once in awhile I've ordered sandwich from this location via jj app, about 20 minutes later i got push notification that my sandwich is out for delivery, over an hour later since ordering i called them up asking where is my sandwich, first lady said that she will check and said that drive is still out there ,later they called me and said that my sandwich was delivered and left by doors ,but not exactly like described, i went around all shop doors multiple times during over 2 hours of waiting for my sandwich ,never got notice from app that it was delivered ,driver never called or texted me like it was always before ,so they claim that they delivered ,i guess i paid for simptomless sandwich ,cuz no one seen it from my co workers ,unless they delivered at wrong adress but in my opinion driver should make sure if the sandwich was delivered at proper place ,I've asked them also that i want my money back and that i won't order from them anymore and i finished the call cuz they ruined my lunch ,never called my back so i guess they don't really care about customers ,i won't cry about that 13 $ but jj just lost customer .

Up to a few weeks ago this place used to deliver to my work. Apparently it's too much to deliver a sandwich 2 miles away. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.
The staff here are awesome. They’re patient (I have a more complex order). They have also accommodated me by bringing food to my car. Additionally, they’ve brought the additional items out to me (I got hungrier) without even asking.…I mean, who does that in this service economy? It’s almost unheard of. Since that experience, I drive a little further away to order from here. Thank you staff!!
Always great sandwiches made with fresh ingredients and, as they say, freaky fast. Want one without bread? Try your sandwich as an "unwich" - served in a lettuce leaf. The staff are usually very friendly, even when very busy.
Ordered the food online at this location, took about 20 minutes to receive the food. Took out the sandwich and there wasn’t a fair amount of portion inside the sandwich. Always ordered at this same exact location all the time and didn’t have any problem with this.
Great place for fresh subs, they beat Subway all day, and they are incredibly fast, loved it.
Not one to write reviews, I know folks are working hard but my last 3 orders have been well over 1 hour. When I call I get the same excuse, "sorry only one driver tonight" Well it turns out thats all they schedule, ever. I also never received the "discount" on the orders there after. Freaky Fast is not their priority, unfortunately, this is common practice for this location.
