Made to wait an additional 10 minutes after my sub was made before it was topped. Either your staff screwed up on a online order or missed an order I saw a customer go to the cashier to pay for a what I presume is a pre-order then the cashier telling the person who slices the meat to make 3 more sandwiches and puts my sub back on the counter and made me wait for the other 3 sandwiches to beads before me.This was your lunch peak and your in store line was wrapped around back to halfway back to the door where we waited 10 minutes before we placed our order.I understand that everyone is understaffed, which I was fine to wait but to be made to wait to see 3 sandwiches made after mine was made and just needed to be topped because some person walked in the door with an online order is unacceptable.Your online ordering should not interfere with in store customers who waited patiently.
I stopped in again today. I used to come to this location once a wk pre-covid days for lunch beings that I worked in an office nearby. The workers here are very friendly and welcoming. Their subs are the way they should be, made to perfection!! Thank you for always meeting my expectations!
I grew up on the New Jersey shore and Jersey Mike's takes me back to Coney Island sub sandwiches, Coney Island is no longer there. My uncle ran the bumper cars there.
I would give them 5 stars if they would acknowledge the people who have preordered to come pick up their food.

I walked in about an hour before closing, having admittedly had not just a rough day, but an extremely stressful week. The gentleman at the counter who made my sandwich was funny, kind, and put a smile on my face. I've never had such a mood lift from ordering a sandwich, he and his generosity made my week. This location has always been consistently good, but that experience made me want to write a review, and in a way say thank you.

Wow walked in art like 7:15 pm today. I was the only one in the restaurant. They only had wheat bread. I was told it would be 25 min for white bread.The trash cans were over flowing. Asked for mayo on my sandwich did not get any. The kid at the register did not know what he was doing. He seemed new but probably should not have been left alone. What is happening here?
This is for those who work here. Can you guys please wear some hair net. And always clean up the counter where you put the food on. I saw it earlier it is so dirty.
