Been going there for over 30 years, the last two years the quality of the food has gone down. The last year it’s Been hit or miss if the food was good. Tonight we went there and it will be our last, everything we ordered was awful. (Really miss the staff/cooks from past years)
They double charged my debit card and will not call me back to resolve this. And they didn’t give me my crab Rangoon I ordered and when I called they refused to give me money back just a credit for next time. Very unhappy. Don’t eat here!
My litmus test for any Chinese restaurant is their egg rolls and their egg rolls are not as good as the reviews said they were. They were soggy and flavor less. I also purchased shrimp egg foo young and shrimp fried rice. The egg foo young had so much oil in the bottom of the container I had to drain them on paper towels to make it eatable. Due to the price of gas, I didn't take it back and I will not be going back.
Had a fantastic first time experience with my cousin who is a regular! Treated so well and the food was amazing! Great service! Fantastic prices! Amazing food????♥️♥️
Ordered online. There website is awful. When I arrived for pickup my dinner order only had the appetizer. Then they asked all kinds of questions about when how and wanted to see copies of my last orders. I'm not an I.T. person just a hungry patron. Concerned about being charged for a full dinner instead of just the appetizer because the order now showed order changed and no one could explain who or why it was changed thus more I.T. questions instead of trying to make it right. That was my dinner! So I suggested I wait if it didn't take to long, it didn't but they were more concerned with getting the additional change while I searched for a $1.00 bill. Nevermind I had to reorder and had to wait. They could of knocked off the $.55 and sent me on my way. They have good food but It's not worth the time ordering online for convenience when they are more concerned with what did the customer do to create the situation. Next time I 'll call the order in.
Very clean inside and the staff are friendly. Wide variety of food and great prices. We dined in and it was a great experience as we normally order Chinese food for carry out. Ordered egg rolls, crab Rangoon, chicken fried rice, and general tso's chicken. The crab Rangoon was delicious (and I am very picky about this appetizer), the general tso's chicken wasn't overly spicy and the chicken was still crunchy even with the sauce on it. Food came out hot and our drinks were refilled before they were empty. Definitely recommend!
Delicious, massive entrees and awesome staff! My boyfriend and I ordered crab rangoon, pot stickers, Treasures of the sea entree, and Mongolian three ingredient entree. It came with egg drop soup as well. The flavors were delicious and we barely put a dent in all the portions! Our server was super friendly and very attentive! We took home so much food and our bill was $35 before tip! We loved this place, and we will be back! Pace yourself or bring family and friends so you can share all the food you get!Update! Went back March 2022 and it's just as wonderful as our first time! Highly recommend the sesame chicken!

I love Gong Ho, they’re in my contacts because I order takeout so often. It is a great local business that makes their food fast and I am never disappointed in the taste. They have really good lunch specials, and both their takeout and restaurant service is great. You get free tea with their sit down meals (you may have to ask for it) but it is a nice addition to your meal. I love their soups and the portions are large for the price. The prices raised a dollar more because of COVID but the food definitely worth it and are still very reasonable. Go support your local business!!
Have eaten here for many years but lately the quality has dropped off. Flavorless dishes and frozen veggies. The staff was nice though
