Visiting from Nashville Tennessee, my daughter in law suggested Giordano for the best pizza around, it definitely delivered....
We live a few minutes away from this location and decided to order carry out to save a little money. I chose the cut into slices option, considering we literally live 3 min away, and it was absolutely disgusting. My husband still ended up eating some it because he was starving from working a 14 hour day but had he not been so desperate to eat I would’ve asked for a complete refund. Not to mention, I used my birthday coupon (on a pizza that was soggy, cold, and sloppily made) that has now been wasted. Usually we choose the do not cut option when ordering delivery knowing that soggy-ness can happen but at home when we cut it ourselves it does NOT get soggy like that…so it was definitely sitting there getting soggy and cold. We even arrived at the earliest time frame that was stated in the email. On top of all that, I asked for the garlic to go inside the cheese instead of on top and they neglected to see that special request. That actually happens almost EVERY time we order, regardless if it’s delivery or carry out. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning unless something is corrected. It’s absolutely ridiculous what you charge for such low quality. Pay attention to the order, correct your faults, and notify your customers if the pizza is done earlier than stated in email, especially if the cut into slices option is chosen.

This has to be one of the greatest pizza parlors in the Chicago area, service was excellent, and the environment was refreshing
That's some pretty good pizza. Parking stinks at the Downers Grove downtown location but the service here is really good.
If I could give it zero Stars I would I ordered from here hoping to get a good quality pizza from this place and obviously I can't they give me a pizza so uncut and soggy pretty much is the worst Pizza I ever order from a pizza place. I've had to order another pizza from a different pizza place just to satisfy my party Giordano's step your game up very unprofessional to sell a pizza that is not what it looks on advertisement
