I love Five Guys and always have. This location has its moments… sometimes fresh, sometimes soggy tomatoes. My biggest complaint is that they close at 4pm. It made sense during the pandemic but it’s insane that they still can’t staff the night. This is the only place I know that closes that early.
Each time I come to this Five Guys I always notice how friendly and helpful the employees are always go above and beyond and that's so rare to see nowadays. This location is always clean and well-kept, I always see employees cleaning inside as well as outside. The food has always been fresh and delicious. One of my best experiences and heart-warming. No complaints at all as far as fast food goes, this location is Great! I really enjoyed eating there because of the staff. Above normal fast food expectations. I recommend this location to anyone, even if you're passing by. Keep it up
Aside from Whataburger (which isn't local to Chicago) this is my favorite fast food chain burger. I tried the Cajun fries and they're great if you don't mind a little spice. The regular size fry gives you PLENTY. No need for the large.
Husband and I came for burgers and cajun fries tonight. The staff were all fantastic. Very Friendly and helpful (I had trouble with those new fangled soda machines). The food was served fast. I saw those workers hustling, nobody sitting around or messing around. They worked hard for all the customers who came and went. They appeared to work very well together. The burgers and fries were made as requested, served hot, juicy and delicious. The fries were overflowing and seasoned perfectly. They greeting us promptly when we arrived, thanked us and wished us a good night when we left. We definitely give Five Guys five out of five stars. ☆☆☆☆☆
Ordered through Uber eats and my food wasn’t right got off and spoke to a guy name Chris I told him I had the food wasn’t able to eat it he stated no worries come in and I’ll remake it for you and he did just that great customer service skills and he’s very kind Thanks Chris ?
My last order had very soggy fries so I had to air fry them. It wasn’t a problem for me, but they were out of utensils which was odd. My burger also lacked a decent amount of toppings for being a bowl. Still tasted great.
Best customer service… funny cashiers put a smile on your face. Very clean and professional. Best five guys I’ve been to. Highly recommended
The 2 young men who waited on us and cooked our meals were AWESOME!!!BOTH were very friendly and courteous.My one and only flag was I wish it looked and smelled like it had more cleanliness in the dining area. I would still return due to such great service and their smiles were amazing! Great job!
Among the best burgers ive ever had. Many customization options for your burger, fries are crisp and fresh, and from my experience the pop machines are never out of whack (wrong amount of carbonation, flavor, etc.).
The service here is pretty good but they can be backed up a little at times. During the pandemic, their hours have been shorter so make sure to check ahead of time.They’re always willing to make adjustments to orders that can’t be specified over the phone. For example, light salt.My only complaint is that their phone line ALWAYS has a lot of white noise for whatever reason. It makes it very hard to hear them. I’m guessing it’s because of the kitchen appliances, but there’s got to be a better phone that can be installed. After all, I alone must have given them multiple times that in business already :-).
