Always feel like I’m inconveniencing the cashier when I go in
Got a coffee, today, it was a new drink for me. The lady recommended a latte.
Nothing worse than feeling like a burden to the staff. I was the only person in the store at around 11am and it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The person who finally took my order was not friendly and looked put-out. I ordered 2 black coffee's and 25 Munchin's but learned they only had 3 types of donuts to choose from (after I got home I realized they were stale). Eventually an order was placed on the counter with 3 coffee's but noone ever called it out, so I stood there for 10 minutes thinking it was not mine. I finally approached the counter and saw that they charged me for 3 coffee's, not 2. When I told the person who took my order that I only ordered 2 coffee's, she argued with me. She reluctantly provided me a refund for the $3.00, then walked away without a thank you or a sorry. Very disrespectectful, I won't be back!BTW...there was definetly tension between the employee's and it didn't appear to be a very good workplace.
Charged $10 for a med latte with a donut. Didnt tell me cost of the order and gave me an attitude at the drive thru. Unprofessional
I don't like their coffee... breakfast foods, ok... but I ordered tap water and was charged $1.00. I probably will never go back.
Such a wide variety of choices. Very friendly staff! Clean store and great location. Service is very quick. They focus more on quality over quantity
Every Saturday, I stop at this Dunkin donut to get coffee at 4:30 am, sometimes they don’t even open on time, and I have to leave. I ordered an iced coffee this morning, and it was so bad they were no cream, no Caramel, it was just bitter. I usually don't do a review, but I was upset about it because when I get to work that the time I taste it.I told the lady to add four caramel, four creams, and six coconuts shot and she didn't do that she make what she feel like making.
I been coming to this place about 16 years was the best place ever , staff was friendly and service always with greeting and smile but not anymore !!! I was waiting 10 minutes inside and been ignored no hi! No welcome ! No please , I be right with you ! It seem to me that I was invisible so I left and I will never go back to this place .

Worst dunkin I have ever experienced. I stopped going in because they are the worst. They even messed up my order on uber? Which the only way is if you can't read, so I figure no one in this dunkin can read correctly. Shameful disrespectful an the food isn't even edible....
