Came here at 11:45 and OH MY GOD!!!! Worst service I have ever had by a country mile, I know it’s late but I NEED MY COFFEE! This witch responds by saying she WONT SERVE ME. I then said “Excuse me what” AND SHE REPLIES “Did I stutter fuckface” Never going here again fire the wicked witch of Ogden Dunkin Donuts.
night shift woman is really slow and always gets my order wrong, i usually don’t say anything though because i don’t want to deal with her attitude, my drinks usually just taste like watered down milk, morning staff is decent though
I thought it was just me but apparently everyone else who comes to this Dunkin’ has had the same horrible experience. I expressed to the lady at the window that they had previously gotten my order incorrect. A “manager” then approached the window to argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given anything even though they were the ones who got the order incorrect. I go to Dunkin’ all over the city and this one is truly the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t be in customer service to have a nasty attitude and ruin people’s days. Also get it together and get the orders correct. Twice in one week items were forgotten. What’s the point in a drive through if I have to go through it again or get off my car because something is missing. It’s really not acceptable and best believe I will be publicly sharing this horrible experience at this Dunkin on as many social media’s as I can and escalate this just because of how that manager treated me.
This is the closest Dunkin open later near me and it's a good 15 min drive so you know I need caffeine! Tonight I got not only a good cup of Joe, but also extraordinary customer service! Jimmy was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional! Keep up the great work!

Horrible customer service the two ladies working right now at 9:30 PM have the nerve to argue with customers. We ordered an ICED CARAMEL Macchiatoand was given a hot one. They put ice on it and it didn’t taste the same so my husband went back and the lady that took the drink with an attitude. And went to remake it and than came back and had the nerve to say they heard hot and that’s what was said when ordering. When we have never ordered hot and all our drinks were iced.
I don't know if I just have bad luck or what. I used to be big on Dunkin', but this location is not it. I gave them plenty of chances. Every time my bagel would be old, stale, and burnt ( even with ordering it lightly toasted), and the iced tea would taste like it was crossed with coffee. As a tea only drinker it was awful. The donuts were usually fine so that's cool.
I went to this location yesterday to get coffee. I over heard a employee telling other employees she has covid and could not afford to take off work for 10 days. She said she got it from another employee. Who is also still working there. I went back in today to talk to the manager and she did not have a mask on and was handing out food and drinks at the drive thru. I said nothing to the manager because I felt it would go nowhere. Stay away from this location they are getting people sick. Fire the manager also
The only part deserving of even 1 star is the guy who took my order who was sooo friendly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and they all look and feel so old. One of them doesn’t even look like it’s the right color. I also ordered a bagel and it was burnt beyond belief. I have tried coming to this location multiple times because it is close to my work but it is literally awful every time.
manager was rude and very unprofessional. she had no idea what she was doing. took us 15 minutes to get our food from the drive though and we were the only ones there. she also refused to wear a mask when talking to us and when preparing our food.
