Drive through took forever for only 2 cars ahead of me, and when I finally arrived at the window, I had to repeat my order. By that point, I was just over it!

The worst dunkin I've ever been to. Rude and incompetent staff and a 20 min wait for hot cofee.

Drive thru only. Still the same good stuff.

Online ordering was easy and my order was ready when I arrived very friendly staff. Prices are a little high

I got a sausage egg wrap during my break and halfway through eating it I noticed MOLD INSIDE OF MY EGG. Absolutely disgusting, not returning to this location.

I was on drive thru today pick up my order that i did online. It was one car in front of me. I was second car for some reason my car turn off and it took me between 2 to 3 minutes to started. The cashier from drive thru told me to move i asked her to give me 1 minutes i was tried to start my car. She scream at me telling me if i do not moved my car customers that were behind me were leaving and i will pay for all the orders. I really ask her nicely to give one minute she saw my situation and she didn't care. I can't believe it she treat me like a piece of garbage. I definitely not coming back. I will talk to my friends and family not coming to this location anymore. Also i will post on my Facebook. Thank you keep hiring thia kind of people that make your business better.

Didn't answer me when I drove up to the intercom. Waited a couple minutes with no response so I drove up. The people working seemed shocked that a person would arrive at their window, I received no apology. I even got a "did you say hello at the intercom? What do you want?" I just left. Of course I said something at the intercom, you forgot to check if your earpieces were on.I used to go to this one regularly since it's the most convenient one for me then I caught on that they throw away your receipt so that when they mess something up(which they do frequently) you have no way to rectify the situation as nobody answers the phone. No voicemail set up. And when you call corporate, and they tell you the General Manager will call you to address the situation, you never get a response. Go anywhere else, they don't care about you here.

Horrible customer service and I was charged wrong. The lady listed it as hot coffee it sure doesn’t look like hot coffee. She was in a rush to get us out she wasn’t giving us a straw and we got over charged. Keep an eye on your receipt

Slowest Dunkin’ known to mankind. Everyone here works at 0.5x the speed. You need to repeat your order several times and they will most likely mess it up. The lines always long because of the questionable staff.

Will never ever come back to this location!!!Ordered 2 avocado sandwiches and other sandwiches, realized was shorted 1 avocado toast so I went back thru the drive thru right away. The manager, Dee, at window insisted she gave me the two avocado toasts and would not provide another. I offered her to check my car and her cameras- still she said she will not give me one as she was sure- she basically said I was lying while in reality she probably gave it to another customer by mistake. After literally arguing for 4 min she finally agreed to make one- at which point I refused after being yelled at that. Called corporate office and waiting to hear back. Worst experience that I have had as a customer anywhere in any establishment.
